Not a awesome first time experience. I placed a online order at 7:16pm and it said it was to be ready at 7:33pm. I went over there at 7:38pm went over to the pickup counter checked in and the cashier who looked pretty clueless said yea I'll let them know your here well he didn't I wait till 7:50pm I finally went in the line to make the food and told the lady I have a online order I've been waiting on she said you'll have to go down there so I went back down meanwhile there's 3 other people waiting for the online orders who been waiting for 20+ minus. It's 8:05 at this point still haven't got it so I ask for a refund since my lunch break is over and she told me she can't do refunds on online orders I said ok can I just come back in when it's ready and that's when the cashier chimed in said well we close at 9pm so we should have it before then and the manager or supervisor said well its not guaranteed by closing. At this point I'm fed up and about to walk out without my food how are you gonna say your not gonna have it ready by time yall close at 9pm when I placed my order at 7:16pm she looked down and said oh here's your order right here so she gave it to me I went to eat and it was very cold the cheese wasn't even melted on my Quesadilla it's was still shredded cheese it wasn't good at all my first time ever going. I’m typing this while still here. From 12:00-12:30. I have heard nothing but great things. So I decided to try it today. This place is an absolute joke when it comes to service! I’m here at 12:00 and the way that my girlfriend and I were just laughed at and spoken too by the girl running the cash register is uncalled for. I was told to wait to finish applying my toppings by a cook which is totally fine. While I waited the girl on front counter told us we were holding up the line and needed to move down. I said we’re waiting. She raised her voice and said to move down due to us holding up the line. The whole time she’s rolling her eyes and smirking at us. As we got to the register we told her again that we were waiting for toppings. She said that’s all you had to freaking say then proceeded to still check us out with a terrible attitude. Then snatched my money from my hand. No thank you’s or your welcome. My half finished burrito was then put on the grill and placed on the counter without a call out or any notice. $40 for something I didn’t even order with absolute terrible service. Ive been a manager in many different industries and there is absolutely no way I would have this type of character providing service and representing my business. It’s sad to see that people set this as their standard of service! I don’t leave many reviews but I genuinely am appalled at this experience. This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this location. Previously the food and quality were good with no complaints. I came at 7:30 pm to order a kids cheese quesadilla, burrito bowl, and nachos.

They ran out of queso, so I couldn’t get nachos, which was probably a good thing because the side chips were SO GREASY. The grease literally leaked through my bag onto the seat of my car.

They had to remake the kids quesadilla, what appeared to be 3 times, because they kept burning it. Guess what- the one they sent me home with was still burned and my toddler refused to eat it. Waste of money.
