Almost always a great experience here. Generally efficient order taking, quick service, very organized staff, polite kids waiting on you, and wonderful food. We've eaten here many, many times and we've only had an error on an order one time. That's like a record breaker! However the time we had that incident, was THIS VISIT, My husband had gone through the drive-through, yet ended up having to go back into the store on foot to tell the guy at the counter that someone who might not read well had put cheese and onions on something that he wanted no cheese and no onions on. The guy was pretty snippy about it, seemed to take our reporting of the error personally, and was a might bit shrill as he quite rudely snatched the tainted chicken sandwich from my husband's hand. Then, as though to make some kind of scene, or to do some nature of interpretive dance to define his outrage, he spun neatly on his tiny, pristine feet like a legitimate prima dona ballerina, and tossed the tainted sandwich straight into the trash, his level of disgust and contempt thinly veiled.
It actually beame quite humorous to us, and we laughed aloud, which seem to irritate him further. We were honestly afraid that he would spit in our food, so we tried to pretend that we were laughing at something else. Thank goodness, someone in the back remade the sandwich, and handed it to Miss Thing, who handed it to us, then quickly looked away to take someone else's order. No simple, "I'm sorry" was issued, which we consider just poor etiquette. Perhaps our friend was not well reared. Just don't think this is what Truitt and Dan had in mind when they devised customer service for thei restaurans. The person whose order he took had witnessed the whole thing, and had been laughing with us.
Since no other fast food place is as accurate and polite as the Moore, Oklahoma Chick-fil-A restaurant staff generally is, we have returned there since, and never caught a glimpse of the unprofessional manager again. And as tasty as the food is, including a kale salad that Chick-Fil-A actually manages to make not only edible, but appealing, and with the delicious array of dipping sauces, I cannot give this store more than two Stars of David's...
Read moreThe drive thru line is complete chaos!!! They do not use their speakers so they have a random person stand over you looking in your car to take your order without being able to view the menu then we sat there for 12 minutes while several cars in front and behind us were given food while waiting in line, they were unable to leave the line because we were in a cement enclosed drive thru line. We got to the window finally and were asked our name, we told them and they all looked confused - the girl that took our order did not take our name (John) down correctly instead writing down Cheve.... not sure why they need to take our name anyways? Seems like a huge waste of time especially if you get it wrong? We were then told our food wasn't ready (grilled nuggets and a chicken sandwich) so we had to park - we could not get to any parking spaces due to the line to the drive thru was blocking the entrance and the exit and there was an employee in the middle of the road. We waited an additional 10 minutes before our food made it to us.
This is absolutely insanity. Please do the us a favor and use a drive thru line like the rest of the world! No need for all the confused employees running around not knowing what car to deliver food to or collect money from. It's a simple system - order, pay, be given food - none of this...
Read moreI typically try to highlight good in my reviews, but today there is little good to share in regards to our CFA visit. Weather was inclement, so there weren't any employees outside working the drive through. This wasn't our issue, as I hope they would keep the employees safe. My point is that the restaurant should have had more employees inside working due to this circumstance. Still, my family's order of 4 meals came home, minus the sandwich for our number 1. Upon calling, my wife states that they took her information and processed a free chicken sandwich on their app. This was since we didn't want to drive a second 32 minute round trip. The employee offered that they would do better in the future. Honestly, I'm dissatisfied with the resolution. We paid for a meal, and you didn't deliver. Should I have saved my fries and drink to enjoy a meal later? Or, is it my fault because I decided to eat at your restaurant?...
