Great burger and tasty fries. But it does come at a price.

On the plus side, it truly is a fresh and delicious burger. The ingredients are high quality and you certainly get generous portions. If you have not eaten here before do not order individual fries. Share one! It's not new news, but it's worth reminding you.

Your burger is always made fresh, and it's made the way you like it. Lots of choices of add-ons and condiments.

The fries are well seasoned and delicious. They're not crispy fries, but for some reason they're really good.

This location has plenty of seating and lots of parking. There is an outdoor seating area as well.

They also have one of those De-luxe soda machines (down here we call them Coke machines because everything's a Coke- you just have to choose a flavor). So you can choose from hundreds of flavors of empty calories.

There are only two downsides to five guys that I can determine. First is value. It is certainly delicious and high quality. But it comes at a price. I think it's worth it, some people don't.

And if you're in a hurry and want to grab a quick lunch. This is probably not the place. It's not that it's a long wait, it's just a longer wait than a standard burger joint. But you also don't get a standard burger!

Oh, if you have a peanut allergy, run for the hills. I don't, and I love the roasted peanuts that...

There are too many people complaining about things today, especially when it comes to something as relatively minor as the service you receive in a restaurant. So, instead of leaving negative feedback, when it's warranted, I always try to leave positive feedback. I wanted to recognize Deborah (sp?), one of the employees here. She went above and beyond to be incredibly friendly to me, along with every other customer. She took my order and then afterwards, with a big smile, asked how my day was going so far. Later, when she was walking around cleaning tables (which is already impressive, as she wasn't standing around idly since there was no one in line to order at the time), she asked if I needed anything. Before I left, I asked for her name so I could recognize her outstanding service. In addition to Deborah, every single employee at this particular location is absolutely great every single time I visit, which is frequently. They work very hard and very quickly, and they are always extremely polite and personable. Honestly, they easily provide superior service to the Chick-fil-A that is right next door to their restaurant. Thank you to everyone at this location for providing such a high-quality experience in terms of customer service. Oh, and it almost goes without saying that the food is...

I would give 5 stars because they don't deserve anything less...but I have a complaint/issue. During this pandemic, we have eaten here and were able to dine in. So today, having seen tables out and previously, people seated, we thought nothing of it when on the spot deciding to eat here. We were going to eat, and then do some running around on that side of town. Well, to our dismay, once we placed our order and headed out to find a table, we noticed ALL tables had a sign saying that if that table had a sign, it was not available. So...there we were with our food and forced to drive ALL THE WAY BACK HOME to eat it!! We live on the east side so it's a 15 to 20 min drive home!! We were so upset because we had things to do and planned to eat and then do our running around. We were headed to Zaxbys when we decided to eat at Five Guys instead. Now we have to drive clear across town again to do our neseccary arronds. They need to put signage out to let people know that dine in is not available. Even Google says you can dine in. Putting a sign up would help greatly. We would not have spent $30 on a burger, to bring home if we'd known. By the time we got home my burger was soggy and the fries room temp,...
