Arrived an hour before closing to find that the door was locked (despite the numerous lit open signs and the verified business hours online reflecting that it was supposed to be open). That wasn't really a big deal, although it was rather odd. The employees inside however, remained unenthusiastically motionless as I asked them whether they were actually closed or not. The employee in the photo was literally a meter and a half from the door. He knew my question, and was visibly annoyed by my interruption of his ....standing. For the whole of a minute (It's all I could muster the patience to stand there for) he stood silently glaring at me as I sought the answer to a simple yes or no question. An establishment is only as good as its employees, and the individuals working here aren't even bare-minimum polite. Who knows what that means for the food they put out for the poor average unsuspecting consumer that simply wants to have a meal. If they can't muster the energy to be decent- or even to just answer a simple question- who's to say that they had enough energy to actually prepare the food properly? Read moreI swear these workers are smoking Crack, I put an online order in and they got everything wrong, I ordered the #30 which was supposed to have a parmesan vinaigrette on it it did not but it did have green peppers on it which I did not ask for not a big deal I can live with that. My kids ordered a rotisserie chicken ranch sub with lettuce on it they forgot the lettuce again not a big deal we can live with that. My husband's order was right it was a turkey bacon with cucumbers pickles lettuce Mayo and ranch that was 100% right but my mom ordered a sub way club with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and the subway Club is supposed to have roast beef on it they gave her a ham and turkey no roast beef none of the vegetables were on it but they did put pickles and cucumbers on it like they did on my husband's which is two vegetables my mom did not ask for her order was completely wrong. They Rush they're careless they take no pride in their work and it is every time we go there we have an issue and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's the closest Subway to us and they really just keep making it worse...
Read moreEdit: it's 08/25/2024 and yet again this Subway location disappoints, this has been the 3rd time from our last visit on 02/08 where no one greets you through drive through after sitting there for 5 minutes. Drove up to the window and another 5 minutes go by with no acknowledgement. Will definitely be contacting corporate although I highly doubt they'll be doing anything about this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
You guys need to do better, the ONE employee on 02/08/2024 was budy with one order for a good 10 minutes when we walked in, no "I'll be with you"/ "no welcome or anything". Didn't acknowledge us or the customer right behind us. 10/10 avoid this restaurant...
