Dunkin' — Restaurant in Athens

Haven’t been to this Dunkin since 7Brew opened, but realized I had money loaded on my app so I went to use that up. Did a mobile order, so I could customize my drink how I wanted it. When I pull up to the window the lid just says “mobile order?” No hi, how are you, etc. and I replied “yes!” Hands me the drink while continuing a conversation with someone else working. I said “thank you!” Still nothing. Then before driving away said “have a great day!” Still nothing. I at my drink and just knew it was wrong by the color, take one sip against my better judgement and it’s AWFUL! I have never in my life tasted something SO unbelievably sweet. So I drive back around and say that I just got my drink but believe it was made incorrectly and would like to have it remade if possible. The girl tells me it COULDN’T be wrong because SHE made it. I explained the excessive sweetness and wrong color, to which she replied they were currently having to make drinks differently since they were waiting on their truck? Which had literally left while I was sitting in line waiting (forever). Which makes no sense. So short version of the story, I had to wait forever, my drink was wrong, didn’t get remade, and I got attitude from not just one but two employees. I’ll be sticking to 7Brew...

The absolute worst Dunkin' on the planet. The staff is really bad. When I ordered an "iced vanilla latte" the guy at the counter asked if I wanted it hot or cold....

Then, what they gave me had maybe two ice cubes in it. I'm not sure it had any coffee in it at all. It was basically vanilla syrup. It tasted gross and I threw it away without drinking it.

One time I ordered a creme filled donut and got a custard one. Another, the donut was tossed into the bag upside down and all the icing stuck to the bag inside so my chocolate iced donut was not anymore.

I gave them several chances, but they are consistently horrible. I will not ever go to this location again. It is really sad because I love Dunkin' Donuts. However, if you don't want to get horrible service and nasty drinks, you gotta to the one in Madison or Huntsville.

Terribly disappointing.

For coffee in Athens, either stick to Starbucks or just don't get any... For donuts, you better go down the road a mile and get Kay-May. They're local and they...

Will never go to this location again. Although there was no one in line in their drive-thru and it clearly shows on google that between the hours of 12 and 2 they are not that busy, the associate would not let me order on seperate tickets. When I called to speak to a manager she said that its their rule that between the hours of 12 and 2 they cannot do seperate tickets in the drive thru. I told her that there is no sign stating this and I wanted to talk to her boss. She told me that her district manager would be in the following day and she would have him call me. I have yet to recieve his call. The situation was really upsetting because my orders were not big orders, they were just going to seperate places. I had my 4 young children in the car and I did not have time to take everyone out and go into the store to place these orders. I thought the point of having a drive thru is to convience...
