Dunkin' — Restaurant in Athens

Stopped in on Monday October 9th around 3:30 and it was reasonably busy. The guy who assisted me was very sweet, I think his name tag said Tiny. There was another girl working there with red hair and tattoos. I couldn't read her name tag but it was silver and not white like the other employees. While I was ordering and speaking with Tiny she interrupted us and yelled at me saying it would take time since I plan on ordering food. I figured that from the line in the drive thru and didn't care... I could tell the guy I was talking to was stressed. I ordered a large water next and she yelled do you want that hot too! She continued to snap and cuss at the other workers in there while I waited and was acting very aggravated that there were customers in the drive thru. She was very immature,...

Literally every time I go to DD there are never any doughnuts left. What VERY LITTLE left is stale! I went at 730 tonight and there was 4 doughnuts and 6 blueberry doughnut holes left. How do they not have doughnuts when they are open for 2 more hours! It’s been numerous times that this has happened to me. And the way they ignore you when you go inside to order. I was the only person in there and nobody in the drive thru. All 3 employees looked at me and went on to do other things. Then a car came in the drive thru so they took the drive thru order then finally came over to me to take my order. They do that every time you go inside! I don’t understand how there are no doughnuts at a doughnut restaurant for the last 2 hours of the day? Highly do not recommend this...

I was very sad this morning as we walked in to pick up our order. We were excited to share the munchkins with our daycare students in the Halloween buckets. The staff were not kind about our large order (4 buckets with munchkins). I also think Dunkin needs to make sure they order enough buckets if going to offer and advertise. They had already run out at 8am. Again other people coming in behind us and they said sorry they ordered the last of the buckets and all the munchkins they had. (Meaning us) sorry we made a purchase for children . Very sad . Also my co worker ordered a coffee and it was terrible . She asked for more hazelnut and the employee acted like it was a problem.
