Updated review 8-13-2024: The food has gotten better, the drive thru always takes a bit. The staff is better mannered and friendly.

Original review: we should have learned our lesson with the watered down chili however today I figured I would try the app with mobile curbside pickup. to say it was one of the worst experiences ever is an understatement. after waiting for over 30 minutes and they're parking lot for my food even though the tracker said my food was done and had already been delivered. after several attempts at trying to call the store and no one answering a guy finally comes launching out with my food crumbled up in his hands he hands me my order and go sorry for the wait turned around and walks off the food is cold and I don't mean just a little bit I mean it is cold. I truly wish that we could give this location no stars at all

This location has management and staff issues. When you walk up to the counter to place your order, the young lady helping you will most likely roll her eyes, act like you have placed a burden upon her, and then proceed to make your order incorrectly. I say these things above after several observations at this store, not only from me but other patrons as well. Once the order comes out and you let the staff know it is incorrect you will be treated like you are lying. You then speak with the manager about the situation and you get treated even worse. I waited several months to post this review to give it a chance. Well, it has been long enough and they’re not improving any at all. I gave it a one star because it will not let me leave a 1/2 star. I came through the drive thru today and my fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting there all day. My sandwich had so much ketchup and mustard on it that it was all over the wrapper and made it to where I couldn't touch it without making a mess all over myself. And my lemonade was the worst thing of all. I believe Wendy's has a fantastic lemonade however mine tasted like it had been sitting there and in a nasty container or whatever and not been cleaned. I tried asking for my receipt at the 1st window but the lady never opened the window though I tried getting her attention. The lady at the 2nd window handed me my food while talking to someone else trying to take their order and im trying to ask for sauces and extra napkins.
