I went in to Office Depot on a Friday before 2pm to purchase a stamp. I was told over the phone the stamp could be turned around quickly. I waited for 5 minutes before anyone asked me how they could help. I explained what I needed, and I was told I'd be helped but there were others before me. There were multiple associates in the store, but they were not working as a team or operating efficiently. They were arguing over headsets and acting frustrated. Eventually I was told that my stamp could be turned around in 20 minutes, so I walked to Starbucks to wait. I came back to find that no one had touched my order. Then I was asked to fill out an order form. I did, and when I said I wanted to wait for the stamp, the associate told me that the rule was orders before 2 would be done by the end of the day, but it was after 2. I explained that I arrived before 2pm and no one had helped me. The associate said I could pick my stamp up after 4.
I went back the next day (Saturday) and waited to pick up my stamp. It was poor quality (granular - said the ink would sink and it hasn't). One week after I picked up and paid for my stamp, I received a call asking me to come in store to approve my stamp so my order could be processed and finalized in front of me.

Read moreI called to see the process for having a document printed (2 sheets). I was told to upload it to the website and that was the fastest bet. I did so and came in to pick it up. I was told that there were other people in the queue ahead of me. Although I wasn’t told this over the phone, and although there were NO other people currently in the store waiting for their documents, I tried to be understanding. I really needed my 2 sheets printed so I even offered to just pay for it again and act as if I was a walk-in client. I was the treated like I came in to rob the place. One employee (white and I’m black) came over to the one servicing me and agressively asked if the employee was okay...never greeting me. The employee replied yes. Then the (also white) manager came over and stood in the back to stare me down then also walked over to the employee asking if she was okay. The employee assisting me didn’t show signs of distress nor was any voices raised during this encounter. She even agreed to assist me in which I thanked her. I 100% believe I was racially profiled during this experience and will never be returning...
Read moreWorst office depot in the city!!!! Every time I come here, I get stressed out!!! I literally get anxiety before coming here and sometimes drive further out to go to the depot on Cobb pkwy instead. These people close the store and print center whenever they feel like it and have no fixed schedule. They never know what they’re doing in the print center, talk more than work and the one manager is just as clueless and nonchalant. He can care less about your complaints or whats happening. Lazy good for nothing man !!!! Just sat in traffic to discover they closed at 6 pm today instead of 8 pm. My print order pick up was for 6 pm yet I didn’t even get a text saying it’s ready or a courtesy call saying they were closing early. No structure and bad customer service!! I need an another office depot to open up...
