Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Atlanta

The woman in charge, I wish I knew her name, created such a teamwork environment with her crew that the positivity was contagious!

I wanted a chicken breast and 3 biscuits, and she recommended a 2 piece white dinner to make the most of my purchase

The cashier was new and accidentally rang it up as a 2 piece dark meal, but instead of chastising her, the lady encouraged her not to feel bad, that she would work with her to make sure she'd learn everything correctly

They had a system where she'd call out the order to the man in the back and he'd call back , "hot poppers coming to you"" and she'd say "thank you baby"!"

It was busy, quick moving, they could have been overwhelmed, but she kept the morale and happiness of the workers and customers with her kindness

She was so awesome!! I was so impressed with her people skills!

The food was hot, fresh, flavorful and absolutely delicious!

I was hungry and devoured everything!!

I usually like Popeyes, but church's honey butter biscuits are better and the jalapeno poppers are my favorite! Like nachos inside a hot crunchy shell!

They made a Church's customer out of me!

I'll go back there not just for the food, but because for just that moment, she makes you feel special and important and cared for, like a family member!

In a dinner rush at that!!

Corporate / Owners: TRAIN STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1st: The cashier was VERY VERY RUDE! She questioned where did I get the coupon come from? Me: What??? (It's a CHURCH'S RECEIPT!!) Who takes the time to create a fake Churchs children receipts?

2nd: She threw receipt at me! She started shooting birds & cursing me out! WHAT IN THE WORLD?? Is she the owner, or family member, that she finds her behavior acceptable OR ITS THE HOOD & IT GOES DOWN??? Because clearly, she doesn't need customers.

OWNER: The inside is close 80% of time & you have to go threw drive-thru. They will see you at door, and ignore you. You are losing more money thann you know.

OWNER: If you have alloted shut down daily times, at least put a sign up OUTSIDE and on website!!!

They are not cleaining the store, like it was in the 1st hype of pandemic. They're either chilling, vaping 🚬, entertaining their children or significant other.

This church's chicken is ass. I didn't even receive my food but the customer service was so mediocre and sad I wouldn't return back if I had to. I attempted to get some chicken tonight before going to the drive in movie theatre down the street, but seemed to encounter many disturbing things. For one, we arrived to the drive thru window to not be greeted. Then once we were greeted, we were asked to hold on a second. We held on for a second then stated our orders but then was told to hold on again. We waiting for five minutes then got to the point where we couldn't wait any longer. We went into the establishment where we were told that "cash only, cash only". How great! Wasn't told that while waiting in the line. We go to get cash and come back to them saying the insides close and giving a wrap around signal incidcating its drive thru only. How unprofessional and annoying! I will not be returning and am completely sad about what I had experienced. Didn't even get to experience church's chicken for...
