This pizza place is the new kid on the block. They just opened a couple of weeks ago and they are stellar. They have specials and they have their house rules written out so you know what to expect. Since this was ny first time visiting, I ordered pepperoni pizza and the house salad with a free beverage....one of the specials before 4pm. My salad was so fresh and very appealing to the eye and it did not have all of those stalks from the lettuce in it...that is one of my pet peeves with restaurants. The pizza was hot out of the oven, crispy, cheesy and just the right amount of sauce. If you are wondering- it is thin and crispy just like the pizza in NY. Now, the customer service is AWESOME! OMG...all of the staff is very friendly; however Lucas is the star of the front of the house. So pleasant, attentive and just a nice guy. He checked on all guest and made sure that everyone was taken care of. I made a general statement that it was cold in the restaurant and he automatically adjusted the temperature without me asking. I was just talking out loud. He is an asset to this restaurant...keep him around...he needs to be cloned at other restaurants. He also said, he is here to help that is why he is here. Overall, excellent experience...good luck to growing your business and welcome to the...
Read moreIt looks like we now have a NY style pizza in the neighborhood. I'm glad they took over Ponko chicken, it was overprice and aweful chicken. I've seen this Enzo's Pizza multiple times when going to Publix but I keep forgetting to stop in. Born and raised in NYC, I've eaten many, many NY pizza's and the name Brooklyn Style did stand out. I am from Queens after all. What I really wanted to try was the jumbo pizza because the last time I had one was in DC many years ago eating Papaya Pizza. Tonight to order one will take up to 40 mins. Yikes! Instead I opted for the typical NY pepperoni slices. I was told 15 minutes but waited 30 minutes. They were apologetic and explained 1/2 ovens was down tonight and they were slammed. I get it! Pizzas in NYC are all premade and just reheated in the oven and reheat only take 4-5 minutes tops. I'm just so used to that kind of speed. The sliced pepperoni arrived and I was dying to taste it. It was so hot that it burned my tongue. It was piping steaming hot. Overall, the pizza was good and I can stay its better than Nancy pizza, Mellowmushroom, Vintage, and Gino's NY. its definitely worth stopping by to taste...
Read moreMy true honest opinion: Coming from up North Pizza is def good. I feel the price is tad much. I get it its an extremely large slice. Great sight see'er. I got the 1 large slice w/the meat lover works. Ended up being a lil over $40$$$. Insane for 1 very extreme slice. It was about 6.5 slices by the time we finished. It smelled sooo good. That thinner ny crispy crust was there. Btwn it being soft/sogg yet crispy thin is actually the ny feel. Wish it couldve been just a very tad bit thicker. Crispier but not burnt crispy. A tad more sauce not by much. So sometimes the sauces wil make the pizza and its def a diff taste. Its wierd. But not saying it tasted bad. It was def good. Now with the meat lover its also xtra cheese which being an xtra cheese lover, it did not taste like xtra cheese. Reg cheese yes but not xtra. Xtra cheese wouldve def made it alot better. Cheese went almost to crust so thats a plus as well. Pleasant guys atthe store. They were informative and helpful. Loved the CS. And so clean. Overall ill def be back & recommend. I think nxt time ill just get reg slices lol. It's worth it and it...
