I recently had the pleasure of dining at Good Azz Burgers and I can confidently say that it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. This black-owned burger joint has not only mastered the art of creating exceptional burgers but has also fostered an atmosphere of warmth and community that makes every visit memorable.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and an inviting ambiance. The decor is a perfect blend of modern and cozy, with a dash of a very pleasing aesthetic. The space is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable spot for a casual meal or a family outing.
Now, let's talk about the food! The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of burgers that cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for the signature Good Azz Burger, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The patty was perfectly seasoned and had a delightful texture that even meat lovers would appreciate. They house-made sauce elevated the burger to a new level of deliciousness!
What truly sets Good Azz Burgers apart is their commitment to quality. Every ingredient is sourced locally and is of the highest quality, and it shows in every bite. The sides were also a highlight of our meal. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was flawless. It's evident that the team at Good Azz Burgers is passionate about what they do, and that passion translates into top-notch service and food.
Good Azz Burgers is a gem in the community and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a great burger and outstanding service. The combination of delicious, high-quality food, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service makes it a standout dining destination. I highly recommend giving them a visit—you won't be disappointed! Five stars...
Read moreThe only this place has high ratings because Atlanta loves this “for the culture “ movement. As far as the food the don’t sell any “good azz burgers”
We spent $50 for 2 burgers that took 30 minutes to receive. The meet is nothing more than two golf balls on bread that have zero seasoning and somehow they manage to serve them luke warm after waiting so long.
The cashier didn’t know anything we asked and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was confused about her own name.
They try to justify the poor experience from “short staffed and new” but they have been operating for a few years as a pop up. It takes one person to make a burger so since the price didn’t reflect “the chef not showing up” then I don’t want that excuse.
Nothing about the experience indicates this business thriving for very long. Def not at the price point they have of $20 for a solo burger.
Update-
They deleted honest review/comment off social media stating the same bad experience. Then after reaching out to them in DMs per the comment here they blocked me and the only response was “our chef didn’t show up that day”
This speaks volume for how low they will stoop to cover up the back experiences they deliver. But it’s only a matter of time before everyone sees it...
Read moreTried Good Azz Burger for the first time and wow, they definitely live up to the name! I ordered the Good Azz Burger ($18) and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, it came loaded with applewood smoked bacon, melty white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and their house-made Boom Sauce, all stacked on a soft, buttery brioche bun. Every bite was worth savoring!
The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even when we made a slightly unusual request. My companion ordered the chopped cheese sandwich ($13), which normally comes with bell peppers, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, hot peppers, and more Boom Sauce on a hoagie roll, but asked to add an egg on top. Even though they found it a bit odd, they went ahead and made it happen with no fuss. He loved it!
At around $20 per person, it’s definitely a treat-yourself kind of spot, but the quality, vibe, and service make it one worth supporting now and then. We’ll definitely...
