Lee + White used to be known as Warehouse Row since 1950s because the places reuses brick warehouses for its businesses. This is such a cool concept, and it is like nothing I've seen before.

I heard some people call it "Beer Town" and I thought it was great. This place is totally perfect for bar hopping, or just enjoy to taste new stuff. It is easily accessible from the West End MARTA Station, but there is PLENTY of parking as well.

For the past couple of years, I've been doing shoulder rolls in the grassy area along buildings 1050, and 1070; I've also been doing a balance routine on the rails between buildings 1050, and 1038. I've done these activities without complaint until security trespassed me on Sunday, January 21st; he only cited that he wasn't in the mood for someone saying something to him for not saying something to me, so I left. These areas show up on the Belt Line, and Google Maps as being a part of the Belt Line; this why I chose them, so I contacted management to ask where their property lines were. I asked if my activities were forbidden there, and if not, if I could formally ask permission to be there; I also offered to sign a waiver if necessary. I attached videos showing where I was, what I was doing, and when I was trespassed; my email was met with silent contempt, and I shouldn't be surprised that the beneficiaries of corporate welfare wouldn't feel the need to respond to the truck driver who delivered the drywall that was used to put up 1050. Lee + White Food Hall looks inviting, but some vendors don’t stick to their posted hours, making the experience unpredictable. Vietvana is a prime example.

Their posted closing time is 8 PM. Knowing hours can vary, I specifically asked an employee at 5:30 PM exactly when they’d stop taking orders. The employee confidently said between 7:15 and 7:20 PM. Based on that, I returned at 6:45 PM--still a half-hour before the stated cutoff--but found they'd already shut down.

When I asked about this, staff seemed hesitant, then quickly offered to prepare my order after all. That made me wonder if the kitchen was truly closed, or if they'd simply chosen to stop serving early until someone questioned them.

The core issue here is that Lee + White Food Hall allows vendors to ignore their own posted hours, creating unnecessary confusion. Customers shouldn’t have to second-guess operating hours or feel like they're inconveniencing staff by showing up within the advertised operating hours.
