I showed up to pick up the order I received for Uber Eats, and the lady (with crossed eyes) at the register was looking at me sideways as I was waiting on her to approach me. Instead of a nice warm greeting, a “hey how are you”, instead of being professional the lady looked at me with literal disgust, and said “pick ups are behind you 🙄” and rolled her crossed eyes. I grabbed the order but before I left, I told the lady that what she did was EXTREMELY rude. All she said was “ok” and laughed. So I walked out. Once I thought about it I walked back in and asked for the cashiers name, she told me “no I couldn’t have her name and that she was not rude.” I told her that was her opinion and can I have her name? When I asked the old lady behind the register what her coworkers name was she proceeded to tell me if I had a complaint she’s the one I’d have to talk to, I asked “why is she the only person I can make a complaint to, that I don’t want to speak with her that I would like to speak to whoever is ABOVE her. She laughed and said “she was the OWNER that she would NOT tell me her coworkers name because her coworker was not rude”. I have NEVERRRRR been to ANY business and had an encounter that was THIS unprofessional. If she’s the owner she needs to find a new position because her customer service is TRASH just like her workers. I don’t come to this location because I had a similar experience in the past at THIS SAME LOCATION. I honestly have no idea how this place is even open if THATS how the owner is choosing to run it. Sad really. I didn’t cuss or call them out of their name or disrespect them in ANY type of way. But because they believe “she wasn’t rude” they decided to gang up against me, laugh in my face, and not give me any infortmation to make a complaint, all because I said her coworker was RUDE with how she approached me and I didn’t appreciate it. First time at this location. Came in to grab a quick order and it had been a long day. I also hadn't eaten all day, and it was maybe like past 8pm at this point. There were two staff in the shop who were conversing with another customer. From the conversation, like this was definitely a customer who came there often, which is always a great sign.

When it came to my turn, the staff was excellent! They gave me huge portions of everything, added extras, and were super-friendly throughout and helped me de-stress from a long day, all within the super-quick 5 minutes it took to make my order, chat and finish up. Felt rejuvenated enough to sit in my car to finish my to-do list of the day before going home to enjoy my food.

I forgot to get the names, but I believe it was one male manager and one younger guy. They genuinely seemed like they loved their jobs and loved people. Questionable customer service & quality of food horrible didn’t even follow the notes that they took time to write down. I promise if I could I would rate negative stars this was supposed to be a giant chipotle cheese steak sub by the time it was all said, so called cut and wrapped my sub was a salad and I had to add a base. They put so many jalapeño peppers and vinegar (you can see the vinegar drenched through to the over cooked bread) on the sun I literally had to eat it as a salad. The end half had no steak but heavy peppers and American cheese(not even melted, just clumps). Sandwich was cut unevenly and wrapped with only exterior mikes paper in addition the sandwich was wrapped drenched in vinegar & loosely so when pulling out the sun bag the sandwich instantly separated where the so called cut was and the contents immediately fell off.
