Today was a lovely day until I went inside this jimmy johns. The store Manager has a-lot of attitude and embarrassed me in front a customer.
I went in and ordered my sandwich wrong however I went back in the store and whispered politely could she make it over. She responded it wont be free, I ask her what does that exactly mean it wont be free when I just paid my money. She told me I will not talk to any way when I raise my voice! When She has repeatedly kept telling me that it will not be free. I explained to her she has a attitude, She randomly asked another customer did she have a attitude? Bringing another customer into the situation is not professional and safe. She did not one time try to be aware of the needs of the service basically brushing me off. Thats a poor representation of a store manager and having a staff to follow you and think thats a away to service a customer. She told me that it was affecting her food cost thats jimmy johns business and issues not mind that should be conducted with your auditors not customers. Customers are not just numbers we are your lively hood.
The atmosphere in there is dead and poor there was no friendly behavior. When I first placed my order I ask can I have leaf lettuce. She blurted out of no where No! We cant do that. She was not even placing my order I believe she need to be recorded to hear herself talk because its not polite. Not to mention her staff is “like minded” also! Which is very sad for them to agree in the back ground chanting because they dont know better customer service . Thats why people like me would not be going into a “fastfood restaurant”. There are only some people who can service people to a certain degree. I want to let her know there are many jimmy johns and you are the worst and thats the only little power you have is in that atmosphere. I am glad you refunded me. I thought McDonalds was the worst however this Jimmy johns is. Thank you for service Gladly wont be...
Read moreT E R R I B L E. So let me tell a story. I call the store and ask if they deliver to my address (I am 1.1 miles away from store so room for speculation) but the guy says yes. He takes my name address and phone number and my order. I ask him to make a note that driver can easily access building using a side street (a block closer to the store), he gets all the details and says it's on the way. T+40mins I call for an ETA, shift manager girl says it's on the way. Cool. T+50mins later store calls me saying I'm out of the delivery area by .2 miles... Anger. Ok, but where is the delivery driver? He came. He didn't see the Apt building. He left. The building is a cross the street from Edgewood shopping center. THE ONLY BUILDING ON THE BLOCK. The delivery instructions? Completely ignored or forgotten. The excuse for the delay? "The driver don't know that road" (Moreland Ave). But hey, he made it back to the store in the 6 minutes spanning the phone call couldn't have been that lost. Talk to the Store Manager? That information is none of my business. Long and the short of it....
Read moreI've ordered from this location before and did not have an issue. The food was good and it was delivered fast. However, this second time I ordered we ran into some issues, and let's just say it was not "Freaky Fast" I waited about 25 minutes for my first sandwich, the delivery driver called me 3 times asking where I was located and if I wanted him to deliver it to the door. He sememd, like he didn't care of that he was just exhausted, took his time walking to the door. I get inside and my sandwich is incorrect. So I called the store and spoke to the manager. She was polite and did resolve it by having some esle bring me the correct sandwich, but I did wait another 20 minutes for that to arrive. So in total 40 minutes later I am having lunch. I understand the driver was new and I understand it's lunch time in Atlanta but my whole lunch break endaed up wasted over a simple mistake. Or a quick let me double check this order quickly. I do however thank the manager for being polite and positive and...
