The store manager (only because she was dressed slightly different ) followed me outside to tell me that I left two clean napkins on the table.😂 When you use the kiosk, there are numbers there that you place on your table. But they don’t do that there. How was I to know? She insisted that I return the little plastic number back at the kiosk. I did not after she retrieved me from the parking lot.😂 I did throw the two napkins in the trash to help her out. (I’m so glad I was in a good mood that day.)
Obviously, I made her angry when I took my burger back that had been torn in half and asked if I could have a complete one. ( Instead of one that looked like the burger it had been thrown at the box ) That was what I was thinking. (But not said) After a few minutes she returned with the new burger and said nothing. I said “I was sorry” She “said no problem.” I said oh you misunderstood. That’s what I thought you might say to a customer who received poorly prepared food. She said nothing.
Granted this is McDonald’s you don’t expect much.
This is one of the funniest stories I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant.😂 It was unbelievable on many levels. I laughed my a** off all the way home.🤣

I’ve been telling people about he experience since it happened yesterday May 30th 2024. As I was leaving, she was complaining about me to one of the other customers. I think she found it fun as a power trip. I understand that she appeared to have little control in her life! That is why she needs to bring her authority to work to hassle the customers. So she can balance out the lack of control in other aspects our life. Someone needs to suggest that she could benefit therapy. I don’t think this is a training problem. I believe it to be more of a personality struggle.. That needs to be addressed with someone working with the public.
It would probably be best to allow her to be successful somewhere else away from direct contact with customers.
I wish her well in her quest for some control in her life.

Read moreAvoid this place at all cost... Even if your starving an no where else is open still don't go here... I just sat in drive thru for 50 mins to just get a big mac meal... When she gave me the wrong order and I try to explain what was wrong an try to give the bag back to her she just got loud " you don't need to give me the bag back just take out what is wrong and give to me" .... Okay so i did and 5 mins later gave me another bag.... Then i explain to her that the ice had melted in the coke she had gave me probably because it had sat for 45mins. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away with me still holding the drink.... She then came back about 5mins or so and try to give me a cup of ice... I again try to tell her the original ice melted in the drink and it now no good so she rolled her eyes again said something offensive to me... She then took the old drink pour it into a new cup with ice then handed it back to me ( granted the old drink was nasty since all the ice had melted and diluted it and she added that to a new cup of ice and handed back to me... Great customer service not ).... So i asked to speak to a manager... She said he's busy. . i said please i would like to speak to him... She said ok close the window and started to help someone at the counter instead.... I sat for about 7mins before someone else came over to see if i needed anything and i explain that i was waiting for the manager and the other lady said she would get him.... So the 2nd person got the shift manager and i explain to him the situation while he look at me with blank face not saying anything and on top of that he didn't offer to fix the problem what so ever all he said was next time your experience will be better... Well i told him that this has happened twice here an I've only been here 3 times.... Then he said I'm sorry have a good nite... Now i work at a McDonald's 22 years ago and none of this would have been acceptable... I'll be writing McDonald's corporation about this particular location.... Good luck if you do end up going here... I would give this place zero stars if it would...
Read moreThis place was beyond disappointing, I made a mobile order for two cheeseburgers, one double and one triple, both plain (only cheese) for my lunch break. When I got to the speaker, I sat for a minute before another car pulled into the second lane, but they were addressed first (should have known to leave from there but the app already took my money). Gave them my drive thru code for them to tell me "pull up."
When I got to the window there were 4 people in there jesting and being loud with their own conversation, to which the woman just held my bag out of the window, still talking to her friends. Drove home to see that, not only did they give me two doubles, but they had EVERYTHING on them, and even ADDED mac sauce. I can't eat that stuff so I went back to the store to get my money refunded since my lunch break was over and I didn't have the time to eat anymore.
The front rep looked at me when I walked in and said "your order wrong?" Told her yes and I just wanted to get refunded so I can get back to work. The cook came up and said "you sure boss man? I can make em over right now" to which I told him I just need to go bc I won't have time to eat them anymore, my break is almost over. A couple minutes went by and the cashier came back up front with a bag in hand and told me "the manager don't wanna refund you so she just remade your burgers herself." I told her again that I DON'T have the time to eat them and I'm not about to jam food down my throat in a rush because of you guys' mess-up. Even still I opened the new burgers to see they STILL made them wrong! Told them to just keep the money and left both the NEW and OLD wrong burgers with them.
To get two PLAIN burgers wrong, TWICE when there was NO lunch rush is insane....meat...cheese...that was all I wanted. But I guess they needed that $4.xx more than me for all that trouble. Never had any issues during breakfast, but I'll eat a car tire before I come back during...
