This is the worst McDonald ever. If there's anything less than half star, that's what they deserve. Customer service very poor from small ranked to manager. I went to this location at 06.28pm on 9/18/18 to get qtr pounder cheese and French fries. I paid cash $6.51c and went to pick up window. There, I was given a different meal McDonald's hand burger, looking poorly prepared, no vegetable sandwich as shown on the menu, with no French fries that I paid for. I called their attention to that, they swiftly collected the meal, check my receipt and accepted that was a mistake. They ask me to pull over at the front for someone to meet me. I waited for about 15 minutes and nobody came. I looked at the time and I was already running late to work, if I continue to wait. I had to leave hungry to work that night. I tried to reach their phone through the number on the receipt but nobody picked up the phone while it rang several times. On my way going home from work the next morning at about 8.45a6m on 9/19/18, I decided to branch through to get my order, but they told me after my explanations through the window that they can't do any anything to help me, after all my order was lunch not breakfast. I requested to speak with the supervisor, then they asked me to pull over again. I pulled over and a lady came explaining to me that her supervisor was busy counting money. The lady said she is the assistant manager and she can't give me the same meal or my money back. Unless I should wait for her manager, I was there waiting for the manager until about 11am. He came while we saw him parking his SUV. The lady approached him to explain my situation, and he looked at me from a distance and entered inside, came about 5 to 10mins later and rudely asked me "how he could help me". After my explanations again , he told me he cannot substantiate my claims. That nothing of such happened. That I might have eaten my meal and came back to claim another. The man was so arrogant, with bad attitude. He told me he cannot continue to waste his time on me, and left me standing there. He said he from Trinidad, he is tall fair skin but black American. Read moreI was in town on vacation - my 11 year old loves McDonald’s and this was the closest location to me.
The first time I went there I actually made it to the window. But they had me pull up to wait on my fries, but they never came out after about 10 minutes of waiting. So I went in and literally stood there with others waiting on food while the staff seemed to stand around doing a lot of talking but not much working.
Some door dash guys were there also. Waiting - turns out their orders were just sitting back there on the counter the whole time they were waiting. After an initial twenty minutes of standing I finally said - I’m waiting on three orders of fries - they literally finally walked over and got it. The staff were friendly people but it’s either extremely disorganized with no system or they just don’t care that people are paying and waiting. And as my children were hungry and tired - and just wanted to get them back to the hotel- it was a frustrating experience. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it was unprofessional and a waste of time. I could have driven another 4 miles for some quicker more professional service.
I went there a second time over the course of 4 days thinking the first time it could have been a hectic problematic night for the staff. Nope - this was an even worse experience. The drive thru line was not moving and I can’t see that they could have gotten even a single order out in 26 minutes that I sat there till I finally had the room to pull out of the line and go to the next closest location which was a way better and quicker experience. Other people had pulled out of the line too which seems to be the only reason the line would move.
They either need training, new management or a system.
