Ordered DoorDash during a layover, got the wild honey salmon and Mack daddy Mac and cheese , excellent cook on the pasta. No taste whatsoever from the honey glaze or marinade on the salmon or pasta sauce. Sauce was broken somehow watery AND oily. Everything was wayyyy too salty, I literally just ordered and opted for for fast food. Salmon was cooked wonderfully as well however the execution was severely lacking. This kitchen would benefit from a Sioux Chef tasting and ensuring all these flavors are actually present. Great vision & pics (that’s why we ordered) but very very poor execution. “Garlic” bread was completely underwhelming, sear was inconsistent & ironically under seasoned (no garlic) & of course saltier than my high school exes. I understand it was late but kitchens that are open should ONLY push out edible food. At first, I was a little hurt, because when I called they did not have what I originally wanted which was the lobster mac & cheese and I also wanted wings but they did not have them as well so he suggested that I get the lobster pasta. I got that with Cajun sauce and he gave me a free breadstick. The food was amazing. It taste like I ordered from a restaurant at two in the afternoon. The lobster was not anything imitation. It taste very fresh, and there were chunks of lobster meat in the pasta which was a plus I definitely will be coming back to this place again and I will recommend it for family and friends Also, the gentleman was really nice and brought the food to my car directly. Read moreWe ordered 2 shrimp alfredo through doordash. Id say the pasta portion was great. And the presentation was also great. I wish there was more than 3 shrimps id say 5 is decent. It was too spicy to even finish in one go without drinking water and drowning it in mayo. This is coming from someone who has zero tolerance for spicy food. I have had countless shrimp alfredos and none were spicy. I selected blackened for seasoning and im sure thats not slang for spicy. There should be some quality control on not cross contaminating the non-spicy food by not cooking it with the spicy ones. Or washing pots and pans that are used.
