No. Just no. Please don’t waste your time. I was very impressed by the flavors I saw online and the many positive reviews I read, so I called Say Cheese Friday to see if I could stop by Saturday with my fiancé to purchase some cheese cakes to taste and place an order for our wedding. I was able to speak with the owner, Von. We discussed flavors, and she assured me that as long we had our order and payment in by June 25, she could fulfill the order. We were excited to finally find a vendor, which made our visit Saturday so very disappointing. After driving almost an hour, we arrived at the store around 2:30. When we arrived, there was a young woman sitting behind the counter. The bakery case was empty. Completely empty. I was confused, but I greeted the young woman, explaining why were there. She stated, “Well, you didn’t talk to me. I’m not the owner.” Okay. Still confused, we moved toward the case. We asked if there were any small cheesecakes we could purchase. She shared (in a completely unconcerned tone) that they had sold out of all of their small cheesecakes around 1:40 and she was only there to fulfill pick up orders. (If I had known this was a possibility, I would have gladly prepaid for samples when I spoke with the owner on the phone.) We asked when the owner might be available, and she said that she did not know because the owner only came in to bake cheesecakes and then left. The lack of delicious cheesecake aroma assured us that nothing was being baked at the time, and no attempt was being made to restock, even though the store hours were 11:00 - 6:00. No attempt was made to take our number. No offer was made to tell the owner we had stopped by. Just awkwardness. Disappointed, we left. Struck by the lack of courtesy, communication, and professionalism this business displayed, we decided that regardless of how delicious these cheesecakes might be (according to the reviews), we could never trust this business with our wedding. Instead, we searched online and found another business to visit. By contrast, they were helpful and polite, even bringing us a fresh cheesecake they had just baked to make sure we were able to sample a variety of flavors. And, though the owner wasn’t working, the young woman who was working immediately called her to share our interest and took our information for a follow-up e-mail. THAT’S...

The parking was trash and the location horrible as well. When I walked in, there were two people standing at the front and one of them came off very pleasant (at first). I asked questions and she didn’t seem to comprehend what I was asking before answering. Then she got an attitude because she failed to get an understanding.
I stepped outside to talk to finish talking to my sister (about what to order and didn’t want to be rude) before making a selection and the same unpleasant young lady came out to ask if I would be making a purchase because they only had 2 parking spaces and people were calling (find a better location). After leaving my sister said, “I would not have purchased ANYTHING that girl was rude “
I don’t eat sweets but drove from McDonough to Atlanta, to make sure my nephew got what he wanted for his 18th birthday. I purchased all the small flavor cheesecakes they had and my family wasn’t impressed. I didn’t try it but they said they’ve had better. I’m glad we decided to go to Cafe Intermezzo after that horrible experience & I’m glad we purchased a whole cheesecake because clearly this place was a disappointment all...
Read moreI was craving for cheesecake and was suggested to this place base on all the reviews but it proves nothing but disappointment First this place is very hard to find and the parking is a nightmare due to all designated parking for each store and when I called this place because I was lost and the lady who answered the phone was kind of unpleasant and not professional so I finally found it and I was appalled by this place because it looks like a car garage than a cake shop so I bought one red velvet one strawberry and salt caramel but not the Oreo and it came to around 27.00 dollars and it’s not worth it at all for my hassle tried to fin this place and this place was overrated by all the reviews but not for me and I can tell you all cotsco cheesecake tasted way better than this because the one I bought was the cheesecake part was hard and I felt like I was eating a sponge with sweet and whipped cream and this is not good and will...
