Willy's Mexicana Grill — Restaurant in Atlanta

Tonight I stop at this place at 8.35 aprox. for a burrito bowl I usually come to this place all the time but tonight I'd have a bad experience with one of the employees that work there,which by the way I never saw him before,probaly is new I don't know? So I order a bowl and give him a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free burrito which can bw used on any other item such a quesadilla,burrito,bowl, so I explain him that I was gonna get a steak bowl and since I was going to get another one for free I told him look I don't want you to make you waste rice,beans,etc on the second steak bowl so please can you just put the meat from the second bowl( the free bowl) in this one? And he was like well you can get double meat if you want so I though that he get my correct order but nope I was wrong he ending giving me 2 bowls when I clearly said only one (with the extra meat from my second free bowl), one with double meat of course I pay extra charge on this one,and another regular bowl is very clear how incompetent is this guy,because he doesn't take care of the costumers (also his attitude is not the best) sorry one of my favorite spots to come and enjoy of a quesadilla or a bowl,but no anymore I'll take my business and money to bell street burritos (which is about the same distance...

I really hate doing this because I know how hard working in the service industry is, but I gotta say this rebuke is deserved. I drive door dash and had two orders today. The long was pretty long, so I anticipated a long wait. But talking to other customers with online orders, no one had been waiting for less than 30 mins, as I would eventually wait, too. For almost 40 minutes of waiting and inquiring, all I got was a very rude, and callous look from the supposed manager. I don't know if she was a manager or just had the shirt because no one had name tags. I eventually just told my door dash customer to cancel their order after 50 mins and seeing guests that had come after me be served. Literally the worst service I've seen in a restaurant in my life. One young man working was trying very hard to complete the orders, but the malaise of the other workers combined with managerial resignation to failure and disrespect didn't help him at all. I have been to a Willy's before in Gwinnett and I liked it. However on 3/15/22 at about 4pm when I went to the Willy's at this location in ATL. Me and my sister was met with extreme rudeness from a young black female and the store at . Looking back I should have left the moment she was rude to us coming into the restaurant. I really don't like giving my money or time to rude people or establishments. I have this to say to the manager if you want to keep losing business keep her but if you like making money and keeping business get rid of her fast. I will not ever go back to this location as long as she is the first person I see. I will say that the young black man and young white female were much more polite. And what I have to say to that young black female you need to be more respectful of those who pay your paycheck. I'm not asking for you to be overly accommodating just respectful of others.
