Needing a new manager! Manager was more concerned about counting & spliting tips other than managing the employees. I was the only person inside. I ordered avocado toast and a coffee. Got my coffee after 5 minutes of waiting and took well over 15 minutes to receive my avocado toast. I approached the manager who was behind the counter & had her back turned to the dining room counting & splitting tips. I informed her that it took over 15 minutes for my toast to come out. She showed no concern and said, thanks for the input and went back to counting tips... Obviously this a problem at this location (just look at the reviews) Owner of the business, you need to consider a change in management to ensure proper customer service. Read moreI ordered a half dozen donuts yesterday morning and I paid for the custom box so it was 10$ for 6. I ordered two Boston cream, 2 blueberry and 2 glazed. What I received was my order with a note tape on it that they were out of the Boston cream and blueberry and the contents were plain bread donuts. I guess cake ones idk but the photos I added were from today just now with ALL THE DONUTS uneaten. No one wanted any of them. They look like they are a day or two old to btw. No courtesy call or just straight up refund someone decided in lieu of the specialty delicatessen donuts I chose I would prefer dried up plain cake dough. Read moreWe've been going to this Dunkin since moving to Jacksonville in 2019 and frequent it almost every week. After all this time I'm just tired of how bad it's always been.4 out of 5 times the food order is wrong or unacceptable. Food is cold, sometimes frozen. Items will be often missing. Worst of all we order ahead with time and they still mess this up. This place rotates staff almost monthly too. Haven't seen the same employees very often. Previously, I've made comments and complaints to corporate and spoken with the franchise owner but response is always so empty and unresponsive, it makes sense why nothing changes.
