08/30/25 visit. Not too busy at Bills. Only a couple people at bar. Everything a la carte. Employee didn't ask how I wanted burger cooked. Assumed they all came out the same...COOKED. It came out dripping blood into paper basket liner. Not impressed. Its like 2 smashed patties or whatever. Similar to McDs cheeseburger pattie size. I've ordered wings here before but never the burger. Not sure what award they got for that amateur ensemble. Had to help myself to bar napkins because I wasnt given any. They used to have nice big napkins. Guess that's no more. Ordered wings and assumed they came out dry because i didn't ask for any sauce nor was i asked if i wanted them sauced or asked a flavor. Every time I ordered wings from here they came out dry. Came out slopped with bbq (i think) but was hungry and reluctantly dealt with the mess. It wasn't even worth it. Wing skin was rubber and chewy so that all got spit out. I made a mess of my hands and face trying to eat these oversauced rubber things. Despite sitting at the bar in front of employee he not once offered me some napkins. He was too busy watching Phillies game. Sadly dissapointed. One cheap burger and one order of wings for $33 and no drink and i couldnt and didn't enjoy it. ...

This is a hidden gem. The best burgers I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The fries are just as good if not better than McDonalds fries in terms of taste and addictiveness. The milk shake was perfect and so thick you had to eat it with a spoon. John. Lea. Doug.
John was the front of house ever. Charismatic and beyond helpful. A cheerful spot when getting absolutely rinsed at the tables.
Lea and Doug are the BEST burger chefs ever. Seriously. The food was beyond amazing.
To Lea and Doug. I want to see you compete on Food Network. You have a gift that needs to be shown off.
Hats off to the three of them. If you're in Atlantic City and you crave the best of the best burger....

We ended up staying at the Golden Nugget due to a great deal on price. We had some time to kill and stumbled upon Bill's Bar & Burger. A small little bar right there in the Golden Nugget. Good selection of beer, friendly staff, clean. Prices were reasonable. We weren't that hungry but decided to try the loaded fries... OMG, these were the bomb! Crispy thin fries, seasoned perfectly. These are a must try! I wish I had remembered to take a photo...
