Subway — Restaurant in Attalla

I dont know what has happened to this location people are horrible ! I went to get four sandwiches today and I’m the only person in line at this point ! The guy is mumbling cannot speak clearly will not speak UP is making the wrong sandwiches . Didn’t even give me the option to customize two of the sandwiches just rushes them to the side . Then doesn’t even listen to what I’m trying to tell him. There’s THREE MEN at this point struggling to complete ONE sandwich and I could understand if they were complicated but they literally just messed up the entire order then CHASED ME TO THE PARKING LOT as if I’m gonna pay for sanwdhiches they didn’t even let me order correctly or make ? What is wrong with yall. This happened literally at 6:15-6:20PM maybe and this was beyond ridiculous I always tip and I always am understanding of mistakes but this guy didn’t know what he was doing and ruined the order and didn’t even have customer service skills or proper speaking skills at that. Literally would not speak up about anything he was saying . I left and went to another establishment bc after today this subway WILL NEVER get business...

This subway is very unwelcoming if you have more than one sandwich to order by yourself they will dismiss you trying to let them know you need another sandwich so you have to blatantly interrupt them and let them know you need another sandwich and then the process as you have went up at Subway because it’s supposed to be more meat and more cheese. If you ever pay attention to your sandwiches at Subway, you will notice that they are up charging for this extra meat and extra cheese but they’re not putting it on there. I’ve gotten the same sandwich for five years and every subway makes it the same four slices of cheese, six slices of roast beef And they are treating us like we are dumb. Because nobody speaking up and letting them know $24 for two foot-long sandwiches?? No chips no drink no extra meat no extra cheese and it even says 2x cheese. I don’t recommend the store unless you’re going to speak up and make them make it the correct way and they will argue with you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden. However, on my last visit, I'm not quite sure what happened - I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! The last sub did have it's contents in it though? Instead of putting my spinach and tomatoes onto the multigrain meatball marinara, they put the spinach and tomatoes into a bag and not in the sandwich. That's LITERALLY all I wanted on the sub - meatball marinara, spinach, and tomatoes. Soooo, I guess they just didn't feel like making the last sub.
