DO NOT COME HERE CASHIERS TRY TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS WELL AS THE FOOD BEING AWFUL AND MADE INCORRECTLY Time of incident 8/17/2022 1:31:05pm cashier Jada D. Placed my order at the drive threw paid and was handed the wrong change and I didn't notice till I got to the second window because something did not seem right I thought I was suppose to get more so I checked the receipt. To my knowledge 1 quater and 1 penny does not equal 72 cents. . I told the other employee of what happened at the second window and she was really helpful and went an got me my change as well as apologizing for the mistake. When she got back Jada D said she was pretty sure she gave me the right change (not 100 percent positive )which she did not . Its pretty embarrassing when you try to steal customers money at the window hoping they drive off an do not notice . It wasn't the first time this happened either. There was some other employee that was working a few weeks ago an when I asked for my change he said oh yeah right i forgot then asked if he could keep it . In my honest opinion they should give the woman who was helpful and who displayed proper customer service skills some credit for potentially saving a customer. This location has really went down hill since I've first started coming here . Definitely not coming back for a while if at all for the issues they've had . Just make sure to check your change...

The exact date this happened with a grub hub order was July 22nd and more then just a wait happened there was issues with grub hub order the way was "sent" yet multiple employees said my order be up soon as well said they "couldn't find it"
I had enough patience kept my cool spoke to each one them very nicely and professional waited far to long i mean well over hour and half for "fast food"
As a startup business owner and 12+ year promoter/marketer I saw many ways that all this could of easily been resolved even during covid.
I have no problem speaking to owners of Taco Bell go over ideas/suggestions that could help make Taco Bell even better can email me/call me even I be willing have a sit down.
