McDonald's — Restaurant in Attleboro

It was raining, and the ceiling was leaking in about 5 places, On and behind the ordering counter. I was the only one there for 4-5 minutes, and the parking lot was empty. There was nobody eating at the restaurant. Then a solitary boy came in .The drive-thru, as usual, was getting priority, but if there's nobody in the restaurant why is it I waited so long? I felt invisible. After I waited for a few minutes, I decided to use the ladies room. When I came back out, it was another minute or few, before I saw them put my fish and chicken nuggets in the deep fry. It was only 8 at night, we were in a mall, in a free-standing building, off of the highway. I saw only three people working there and that included the manager and the new girl. My order was a McChicken, a fish sandwich, a large fry and some chicken nuggets. Nothing tricky there. Three stars because the food was hot and fresh. I only go to McDonald's two, maybe three...

Ordered a Big Mac for my husband but forgot to ask for no onions or pickles. When I asked the cashier if she could have who ever is making the sandwich to not put onions or pickles, the manager, who was making the sandwich, started arguing about it because I "changed my mind and should've said so from the beginning" right in front of me. After they "redid" the sandwich, my husband bit into it and found 3 slices of pickles. I also asked for 2 apple slices instead of fries for my daughter's kids meal and they gave me fries instead. The manager was also yelling at all of her employees in front of customers about issues that should be dealt with off of the floor. Worst McDonald's we've...

Poor service at the drive thru. I sat at window for a couple of mins only to have the employee open window and ask me, "Are you waiting for something?". I said yes my food. Everyone inside started clapping. My order had 2-10pc nuggets. I look in bag. No sauce. So I asked him for sauce. He came back with 1 serving of sauce. He checked my receipt in the register and said the order was marked as no sauce when I ordered. Would have ordered sauce if she would have asked what I wanted when I ordered instead of making it seem like I requested no sauce. What a hot...
