It’s an OK Wendy’s.. used to work at this location years ago but it’s certainly changed..
My last two visits, I was unfortunately met with a product that was unavailable, even though I purchased it already through the mobile app.
Be careful when purchasing items through the mobile app as they could be out of stock at the location and there’s no way to get a refund unless you contact the online customer service portal by phone number or email and waiting over a week for a response.
They will only give you a voucher instead of a refund on the product.
My latest visit I dealt with a order inside instead of ordering through the mobile app, and will only cause issues if things are out of stock, and I can’t call them to ask if they’re in stock on certain items because they don’t pick up the phone.
I ordered a Dave’s single with cheese, and instead received a Single Cheeseburger.. which unfortunately was not what I ordered. When biting into it, I can see they didn’t cook the patty enough and saw raw red meat in my burger (right where the bacon meets the burger), knowing they it wasn’t cooked long enough with bacon being on it.
The location recently had a facelift and updated the interior which looks so depressing.
No longer the bright wood tables and thematic carpeting that made the place feel homey.. it looks like a Walmart break room now with a rip off long john silver family table..
Overall the customer service in person is: 7/10 Overall the thematic appeal is now a: 3/10 Overall the quality of the food is now: 4/10 Overall customer service online is now: 2/10
Wendy’s has fallen short of basic standards of service.
I will only come back to this location because Pawtucket’s Wendy’s is understaffed and will get your order wrong 80%...
Read moreOrdered 5 meals on mobile device. Once upon arriving was told to drive up near trash can. It was around 630pm or so. There was two cars behind me then another two drove up. I had already received my drinks at pick up window. Just waiting on food about 10 minutes passed. Mind you all I ordered was 2 4 for 4 meals, 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals, 1 mushroom peppercorn meal. Order finally came manager just shoved it in my half opened window. It was lightly raining. I was so aggravated I didn't think to check the orders. When I got home to serve dinner was when I realized 1 fry, two 4 piece chicken nuggets missing. I was livid after that long wait, getting the food shoved in my window, my order was still wrong. Especially my kids chicken nuggets. McDonald's is more expensive but at least their customer service is more doable and orders come correct. Just make sure to check ALL orders no matter how uncomplicated. Read moreDinner at 807pm. Worst Wendy's ever. Stood in line for 23 minutes before we were acknowledged by staff (we were 1st in line) They were taking care of drive thru orders. A person from door dash came in to get an order and it wasn't ready either. A person in drive they was told to pull over to the side and the driver came in and said she's been sitting 35 minutes off to the side for her order. Manager made a comment that there was an issue with the French fries and would get to her soon. Well from the time we walked in to the time we got our meals (2 value meals) was 44 minutes. The dining area was disgusting with trash overflowed and fluids on the floor. Don't know if we got food poisoning but 30 minutes later both of us has sever gastrointestinal issues.
