Went for dinner 2 days ago. Cashier barely says 2 words to me, turns around before I even put my card in the machine, and never gives me my receipt. Manager hands me my food and I have to ask for a cup. I go to the drink machine and it's not acting right; another customer tells me he thinks it out of CO2. I go back to the counter to inform them and the cashier looks at me like I'm speaking Esperanto; manager tells me that someone is coming over to change out the gas. I sit down and eat my meal, but no one goes to the machine. I go back to the counter; manager explains he meant someone drove the store to buy SodaStream CO2 canisters.
Getting to the point that you're driving to the store after running out if CO2 isn't acceptable, but at least tell customers before you charge them that they'll be unable to fill their drink. How were they handling drive thru customers? What would they have done if I'd wanted my food to go?
This used to be the best of the fast food restaurants on Rte 1, but they've been going down hill and this experience has me not...

Unprofessional is an understatement, a couple younger female employees were borderline threatening towards myself & a coworker who was carpooling with me. Just tonight I order a cheeseburger with no mustard. I get a ketchup-burger⦠LITERALLY the thing was OOZING WITH SO MUCH KETCHUP IT WAS SPILLING OUT THE SIDES. I took 1 bite & almost puked! NOONE in their right mind would EVER want that amount of ketchup. Itās ridiculous, Iāll guarantee not 1 employee could stomach what they served me. Do yourself a favor & drive 1 second either way down the road to their competitors bc youāll be wasting your money buying food here. Management def needs a totally overhaul in this store. The Corporate office would have peopleās heads if they ever got word of the workings...

I was trying to decide and had previously asked for a few moments I was asked are you done are you done are you done is that it is that it is that it can I help you can I help you... in no way is this embellished or over-exaggerated within 8 minutes and a few seconds beginning to end of my I was asking these questions before I was even finished a sentence or just as I was beginning one!. As a result of this I was so frazzled that I forgot to add a few items and had to visit the drive-through a second time to collect my rewards to which I did not even get nor did I get my discount...
