Sarah's Coffee — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

On Febuary 2nd 2025 I came here at around 12 pm to get a cafe caramel, I've been here before and have gotten good service. This time I was waiting in line and the 2 girls in front of me just asked a question than left and as I was waiting for the girl to take my order she walked away, didn't say hi or anything just started making other orders which is fine but you just don't ignore the customer standing there, at the very least you could have said hello I'll be with you in a minute but I was giving the impression she didn't want to be there and was having a bad day and took it out on me the customer, that's how you lose customers. I definitely won't be returning. Businesses fail when they don't hire people that do there job right. I would have waited if at the very least I was greeted but no I was given the cold death stare, like don't bother me, that's unacceptable as I could go to starbucks near by or dunkin donuts and...

First time in...was blatantly ignored for the first 5-7 minutes. The one barista working was carrying on a conversation while preparing drinks that prevented her from seeing me, apparently. When she did greet me and ask about my drink order, I inquired about whether she was ignoring me...she "explained" that she was making another drink...I told her I understood that, but she didn't say "Hi" or "I'll be right with you" or anything at all. Very odd vibe. I'd hate to think it was anything racial...especially since EVERY store guest that has entered the establishment has received a "Hi" or "Just one moment."

Been going here for 5+ years. Love their iced coffee & matcha. Easy orders. But it’s a fifty-fifty chance if you’ll get what you actually ordered. At this point I think it’s a running joke w/ the baristas to see how completely wrong they can make a drink before the customer says something. Ordered medium oat matcha latte, got a small 2% espresso latte. Ordered an iced coffee, got black iced tea w/ a splash of coffee creamer. Ordered iced oat latte, got hot 2% mocha w/ whip. I could go on :( The staff is always nice, but they must be a little daft or cheeky idk...
