Brimstones Espresso — Restaurant in Auburn

Coffee is ok but it should not take 15 minutes to get one iced drink. I currently have been waiting at the stand for 7 minutes and the barista has been on her phone the entire time and has not noticed me in my truck at the window.

Edit: Forgot to add how the rest went down. After 10 minutes of me waiting at the window, literally pulling my truck back and fourth at the window to get the baristas attention (she was glued to her phone) I knocked on the window. She came up and asked how she could help me. I said, “ oh I wasn’t sure if you were open” and her response was, “well I’m here aren’t I?” yeah, NO. NOT COMING BACK HERE. Talk about unprofessional, SLOWWWWWW service. Until they get new staff, I won’t be back. Bigfoot Java is right down the street. Save yourself the trouble and time and go...

This is a coffee shop you should pass up, due to the childish behavior of the employees who apparently don't have the slightest clue on how to run a business. Having customers wait long periods of time because they were busy speaking to their friends who had already been served while others are standing outside waiting to come up to the window to order their coffee. When approaching the manager in reference to this it was put out that that's my best friend, yet doing nothing about it, this is a prime example as to why you don't mix friends...

This is my favorite local drive through coffee. They’ve always had the ingredients needed on hand, always had my drink ready quickly, always greeted me with a smile, and never gotten an order wrong. Pay cash to avoid the card fee, if that’s significant to you, and save big bucks over time compared to major chain coffees.
