Hello Everyone! I visited the Bell Road Facility on Thursday 24th in the late afternoon. I was treating myself to some BK for the first time in Months. I entered and observed the facility to be clean and somewhat organized. The Covid Screen was still in place and scratched and dismal. No customers were inside and I waited for at least 5 min. Before a pleasant looking employee finally came to take my order. I am from Texas and ordered the #2 Combo medium. Then I decided to add a #1 without combo and just get the Burger. This is where it became tricky. As I ordered, the greeter asked if I wanted cheese and I agreed. The Greeter continued to change my words to Plain. I explained that I did not want the fries or a drink, just the burger. It went back and forth several times and I explained her words were confusing me; regarding the plain. Finally I became so dissatisfied, I just agreed. When I received the order it was just what she insisted I order regarding the Burger Plain. At first, I was mad at myself for not insisting and clarifying what the heck the girl was talking about. Shortly after, I changed my attitude and realized I was being served by a Presidential Candidate and had been swindled into agreeing to a "Word Salad Debate" ; The only thing was I forgot to get her...
Read moreImpossible Whopper was good but drive thru experience wasn't We couldn't make the guy taking our order understand we wanted one burger with everything and one with no cheese and no mayo. He was very rude. We also ordered a small fries and one regular coke. I told my hubby we need to make sure the order was correct. Then when we got to the window. The price was $20.01. The woman working the window took our money and handed us the tray. It had two drinks. We told her we only ordered one drink. She said "I can't take it back, its already in your car....but it wasn't she was still holding it out the window to us! We took it. My husband waited until I checked our order. Sure enough both burgers had cheese. I ask for a manager and the woman at the window said "FINE!" Very rude. We explained to the manager. She took the extra drink back and gave us a burger with no cheese. In the melee we forgot about the fries and sure enough they weren't in the bag. So...we paid for 2 drinks, 2 burgers and a small fries and ended up with 3 burgers. No fries and one drink. I won't be going back. I appreciate the manager trying to make it right, but I can't get past a rude...

I’m a big person on customer service I have managed fast food for three years and now work for the largest health center nationally . I asked the woman in drive through if we can have our food fresh! She stated, “ you will have to wait 40 minutes because we have to go look for the food and make it fresh. Not only did you lose customers by pushing them away to go somewhere else I asked myself is that true? I compared it to another Burger King with the manager and she simply stated it’s a health code violation if you guys are not serving fresh food what are you serving our customers. When I come to this Burger King the food is always old I feel so intimidated to order due to the lack of service I will be reaching out to the health department because not only is a health code violation you guys would not do this to a mystery shopper either so why not conduct excellent customer service if not you should not being working...
