Waited 45 minutes for my food. There were two people in front of us and then two people after us, and the people after us got their food before us. After I saw that which was around the 35 minute mark I asked the guy how much longer it would be and he said a few more minutes and I said but I asked for exactly how many minutes that would be since we were already waiting a while. He said 2-3 minutes which obviously wasn’t the case. I asked about my order and my friend’s who ordered before us, we got our food before him somehow I assume they forgot his order. I got medium tenders (12 pieces) Korean double fried half soy and half hot, lemon pepper fries, and garlic noodles with the house sauce it came out to $40. My friend got the fish and chips which I think was $14 and he said it tasted average. The chicken tenders were fried nicely and the hot flavor was definitely better, the soy was good but I couldn’t eat a lot of them. The actual fries were pretty bad but the seasoning was good. And the garlic noodles were average. If I knew it was going to take that long I would’ve gone to McDonald’s and...

Disappointing! It’s only 8:35pm and the entire stall is shut down. Operating hours says till 9pm. The only person hanging around the front (does not even look like he’s working) said they stopped taking orders by 8:30pm. I called 10 mins before we arrived but there was no answer on the line.

It’s obvious they didn’t want to pick up the phone to take any order if the kitchen was already completely wiped down, lights turned off. Did the staff started cleaning up at 8pm? There’s no way a heavily greased kitchen can be totally cleaned in a few mins, if it’s true they only started closing at 8:30pm. All the other stalls were still opened and operating. I’m Sorry but this was a NO! I came in today because I’m obsessed with captain loui in Stoneham but because it’s so far away I figured I’d try this one. I thought it was a restaurant so I was expecting that. When I pulled up to the mall, that was the first red flag. Service was great. I got my food and headed home. As soon as I got home and openEd the bag I gagged for at least a minute because of the fisshyyyyy smell OMG. It was HORRID! Just me talking about it and thinking about it makes me gag. This obv tells me that the seafood is 100% not fresh. I’ve never ever had this experience with the location in Stoneham! This is coming from someone that eats seafood boils at least 2 times a week. I wasted $37. Beyond disappointed and I don’t recommend....
