Captain D's — Restaurant in Auburn

Went through the drive thru the other night. Was clear they were severely understaffed, so my complaints are obviously not the employee's faults. To start, we were in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, but we were at the front of the line. We ordered 2 meals. I got the battered fish, & the pieces of fish were very small compared to times I have had Captain D's before, but they were good nonetheless. My main complaint is that I actually found a sharp piece of a shrimp tail in my mac & cheese. Guy that was at drive thru today round at 12 or 12:15 had nasty attitude not that yall going to do anything about anyway bc I'm an owner of an store as well and I could do the tiktok route but I won't. Just know he seriously needs to check his attitude. I ask for a 6 piece and fry extra hushpuppies and breadstick while he's snatching my card and mumbled up under his breath I was trying to tell him the order I received wasn't what I was suppose to have ..it also was missing my fries ...I won't be back . Everything about this place is great with 2 exceptions. The servers are not well trained and they are slow. The other problem is the restrooms. They NEED to be stripped to the walls and replace everything. The toilets are so old with accumulated corrosion that they cannot be cleaned effectively. The toilet in the handicap stall leaks a steady stream after it’s flushed. The whole place needs help. The dining room is almost spotless, a very pleasant dining environment.
