My family has ordered two cookie cakes in the past week. Staff is extremely rude. I went to get my cookie cake at 10:52 and the male staff member never spoke to me just looked up and stared at me. I asked if I had to come back after 11 while holding my 1 year old and he looked at me like I was an idiot and nodded yes. The customer service here is just outstanding. I planned very poorly for my wife’s birthday and walked in needing a cookie cake on the spot. The lady and gentleman working there dropped what they were doing and had a beautifully customized cookie cake ready for me in 15 minutes.
