Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

I ordered a large pepperoni and a Mountain Dew, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Shortly after I ordered they gave a pizza to the other person in the shop with me. Even I could see from where I was sitting that the pizza was raw and they were telling him that it went all the way through the oven but they would make him another one. Over the course of the wait 7 more people showed up and after an HOUR of waiting I was getting fed up and asked about my order. The guy said he’d check on it and I told him if it wasn’t ready I just wanted a refund. As soon as refund was mentioned “my” pizza magically appeared. I didn’t realize this before I left but they gave me a medium instead of a large, it was quite possible the worst cutting I have ever seen where half the pizza wasn’t cut through and the entire center was attached to a single slice and the top was burnt while the bottom was raw and there was no butter on the crust. I’ve already file a complaint with the BBB and filled out a Marcos feedback form. Just letting people know how bad this location is. The girl on the phone is was absolutely rude and kept rushing us to place our order. We were going to pick it up in-store but they said no walk ins after 10:30 and wouldn’t deliver the pizza unless we put a 10 tip for the driver. I just had my wallet stolen so I asked her to wait so I could transfer my money to my cash app card and the girl on the phone started to yell that we were taking to long and didn’t want to place the order. Once we finally put the order in she hung up without saying anything. The girl who delivered our food didn’t say anything to us. She didn’t give us a receipt or check if our order was correct and shoved the pizzas at us even though she had gotten a 10 dollar tip. When we looked at the pizzas they weren’t correct and we didn’t get any of our sauces. I asked to be contacted by a Marcos rep and no one did. This behavior is unacceptable. I come in here several times every so often and have always enjoyed the "P-Mag". Although lately since my last visit in November it seems the afternoon crew have been missing the mark when its comes to quality pizza that i have come to expect in my visits. Ive had conversations with the owner before due to excellent service before but it has really fallen downhill the last couple of months. The best service i received was from two shorter gentleman with no name tags but they knew how to provide customer service and cook pizza. The older gentleman i see doesn't provide the same welcoming attitude to me and my wife. Ill always be back for the P-mag coupon code but lately during our visits I'm more hesitant to visit Marcos. i hope the owner takes notice of this. Ive noticed his quite active...
