I went there yesterday to order a simple McDouble no onions through drive through. It started there. I was kind to them... they repeated it back to me but on screen it said no pickles and I told her that it’s supposed to be no onions not no pickles even when she repeated the no onions. She apologized I said that’s no big deal. I pulled up to first window she reappeared back my order and I said correct paid for it and it was correct on my receipt. Then when I got to the second window my order was already ready. As I pulled away to leave something told me to check the burger.... Well it had the onions on it. And at this point I was a bit annoyed so I reversed because there was nobody else in the drive thru. I told her that my burger wasn’t supposed to have onions and it has the onions. I have it back to her. It even had the label on the burger.... she asked me to pull around. Stupid. If you ask me. We waited 5 minutes for a remake and guess what it was still WRONG!!!! This time it was plain!!! I checked it to see. I had to walk in this time and explain this is the third time that y’all are having to make my burger! How hard is it for y’all not to just put no onions on a McDouble?!?!? Then they were not understanding what I did or didn’t want on it. It took like 3 minutes of going back and forth I told them I want the pickles no onions! I had to explain how the first 2 times you got my order wrong! They didn’t even apologize or even offer anything because of their mistakes on a single one order menu item. Like there was at least 10+ workers there and none of them got the concept on just no onions!!! Worst experience ever in my entire life. And it’s not like I had a huge order. Read moreOn 4/6/22, I went thru the drive thru and ordered two sausage with cheese mcmuffins. I was quoted a price of 5.48. When I arrived at the window, I was told it was 6.02. I explained that's not what stated back at the screen. The worker asked what I ordered (there was only one other car in the drive thru). I again clearly stated, two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The person repeated something different back to me (sausage mcmuffin) which I replied that's not what I ordered. He asked again. I then repeated the order and explained this is the third time I've said two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The drive thru person stated that's not what you said and got his supervisor who asked what I ordered. I explained I ordered two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The supervisor rang up the order. It came to $4 and change, not 5.48 or 6.02. I then explained to the supervisor that this was the fourth time I've stated my order and didn't understand what the problem was. I was calm through out, never raising a voice or demeaning anyone but clearly there's an issue with customer service and accuracy at this place. Read moreCleanliness/orderliness: Not the worst McDonald's ever, but near to it. It's not filthy, but very dirty. Every time we come inside, they are out of something at the condiments table. Today it's ketchup cups. We used lids and now everyone is using lids. This just before the lunch rush, now full swing into the rush. Still no cups. Oh and the condiments table is, actually, filthy... Customer service: one kid taking orders (now 2). He was chatting it up with his friend while we stood in line behind him. As he's taking my order, he's still engaged with his friend. Understandable, I suppose, if your friend is there... but then he was kind of just really unpleasant to myself and the people behind us. All customers were friendly, just he was not. Probably needs a little extra training. One kind girl was delightful. She kind of flirted with my 3 yo. (lol) and she is quite smiley. As for the manager, yeah, not pleased. I was given Hot mustard instead of the Honey mustard ordered. Seriously, who orders hot mustard for their kid's happy meal. (lol) No problem. I just go up and ask for the switch, and the manager complies but rudely. Sigh... This silly McD... too close to just not come here.
