Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Auburn

Had a terrible experience with the owner Whitney. She had every opportunity to help me and refused. I bought 4 bottles of product that were bad. When I tried them, I could tell that they tasted completely different than all other bottles of the same exact thing I had previously purchased. I reached out to her and explained the situation, that the ones I purchased I felt like were bad and that they still had two more weeks on their expiration dates. After bringing them in, she said because I brought them in warm she would refuse to return them. Though I had the receipt and was open to a different product to exchange them with (so I could feel more comfortable there would be no issues) she refused. I explained that after realizing they were rancid, I didn’t feel the need to keep them refrigerated anymore and had had them sitting on my counter, ready to be taken back to the store. That apparently means that I am not able to get a refund or an exchange of a different product because I didn’t put the bad ones back into the refrigerator. Even though there would be no way to resell them. She told me she would have liked to try them. I explained they had been opened and drank out of and she said yah I don’t care I still would have tried them (apparently that’s how she rolls, drinking other people’s drinks 🤢). Came in the other day after placing an online order at 12:33pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 12:53. When I came in around 12:58pm the young tall white blond girl tells me “oh I will work on your order right now”, however another young high school looking blond boy walked in right after me and this girl took his order and made his drink before all myself and the other four people waiting not to mention she was standing there blushing and flirting with this boy. While all five of us are waiting one of the other ladies got up frustrated and asked if that was her order on the counter which it was and the skinny tall blond girl with braid who works there acted as if nothing was wrong but you could tell everyone was extremely frustrated and I just find it really inconsiderate. Also I wanted to ask a simple question about the Açaí bowl because my friend has allergy’s so I tried calling the establishment five times and let it ring until it stopped and no one answered. Their stuff is good but service is garbage so I wouldn’t take them...

so I will never be ordering from this place again. my girl Rhonda delivered this to me and she was nice and that was the only good thing that came out of this place. not only are the bowls so expensive it isn’t worth it. so I love myself some granola and I ordered it on the side and where is my granola yall? it’s not there. I wanted granola so badly I had to steal it from my other bowl for my dad. it was probably a good thing I didn’t get yalls granola because it was nasty. I am so disappointed with this place I saw on social media that you made this poor girl give you a $1000 tip but I let it slide bc we all make mistakes . but girl I should’ve never ordered from this place. the mango base also looks nothing like the picture so I could barley tell the açaí and the mango apart. im so devastated with this place. overpriced and expensive will never order again.
