Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The whole point of ordering online AND PAYING online is so it’s ready. They never have my full order ready when I arrive. I am a busy mom with a tight schedule EVERY MINUTE COUNTS. So I asked the staff why this is never fully ready they say “it’s a lot of prep time and nobody picks up the orders” I could completely understand if this was an unpaid order however I paid prior to the scheduled pick up. Then what made it worse is as I’m waiting and the workers whisper talking about me. IM STANDING RIGHT HERE, seriously just understand my frustration to my paid online order not being completely ready and how that can bother me as a PAYING CUSTOMER ahead of time. Not to mention instead of “oh we’re so sorry , we can get better on that or we don’t make mini’s ahead of time for whatever reason…” I get a response that sounded like an excuse from the staff & manager on duty. Very frustrating and upsetting not to mention a waste of my time and energy. I probably will not go to this location ever again !!! This is the only location to ever have done this and on multiple occasions. Why have the feature to order online and pay if I still have to wait ?? Never order from the M street location if Papa Murphy's. I always order from A Street in South Auburn and they are AMAZING but used M street for one order and cannot get it right. I ordered something as simple as 2 cheesy breads and a pepperoni pizza and they messed up the order giving me the wrong cheesy bread. They couldn't re-deliver the correct one without me paying another ubereats delivery fee so they added me to their book to replace the cheesy breads. A month later we call to have them get our replacement order and the book says one cheesy bread so we get given to the night manager who handled the past order error and he says "we agreed on replacing one." Why would I agree to replace one and not both? Then when I try to add a pizza to my order he hung up on me, did not say bye or anything. Needless to say we will continue our parsonage at the South Auburn location. They have never messed up my order but if they had I'm sure they wouldn't argue with a customer over a $5 cheesy bread and then...

Fresh ingredients, handmade, homebaked, pizza... MmMMmmm. Cheesy Bread, dipped in Sauce...Oh yeah. Chocolate Chip Cookies - fresh from your oven - oh, the sweetness of perfection. That, Ladies, Gentlemen, and "fans" is true love...without all of the work... L-O-V-E at 425°.

I miss working at Papa Murphy's. Karma will come to those who lied about me, "fans" who stalk me, assault me, hack and attack my phone, who have broken into my house and car to steal, who poisoned my Princess, who fail at forcing my suicide. You hurt others because you don't like who you are. You are prejudiced, hateful, anti-freedom, anti-America, anti-soldier, anti-law, anti-life to people who believe in the USA, are thankful to soldiers who risked/risk everything to fight for freedom, and appreciate life --- all, while claiming to lower crime. City leaders and police encourage your mafia style tactics, knowing the outcome will be marshal law. If these criminals stopped their illegal activity, today, it would take decades to...
