Missions Coffee — Restaurant in California

i loved this place! as a native southern californian who loves to frequent cute aesthetic cafes, this was just right! i ordered the large iced matcha latte with two pumps of brown sugar syrup for $6.25 and the chicken club lunch sandwich for $13! the matcha latte was perfectly sweet, not too sweet or not not sweet enough! the matcha could've been a bit stronger in my opinion, but it was still good!! 9/10. the chicken club sandwich was SCRUMPTIOUS!! unfortunately, they didn't put the ingredients on the board for that one, and i was a little flabbergasted when i saw it had bacon in it (i don't eat pork due to my religion's health principles) but it was no worries, i just picked out the pieces of bacon (which weren't too many, thank goodness!) and ate the sandwich. the chicken was perfectly seasoned and the crunch of the lettuce and tomato and creaminess of the avacado (extra $2) added much texture and flavour to it! they also included a bag of potato chips on the side! now, i was a little worried when they told me the bread was sourdough, because I usually don't like sourdough. but it was really good! the sourdough wasn't too sour, which is usually the reason why I don't like sourdough. 10/10! the cashier was really nice and answered my questions thoroughly! as a christian who loves her coffee, I will definitely be coming back to...

Cozy, clean, comfortable atmosphere. This is a great place to go solo or meet friends for lunch. The sandwiches and salad are all delicious and I appreciate they have gluten free bread as an option. The cranberry chicken almond salad and balsamic dressing, wow! So fantastic! Staff is very friendly and works hard. My only reason for docking a star is the black coffee. I've tried it several times and I just don't like it. Their other drinks are however all really good, I always taste my daughter's when we come. But I'm usually trying to avoid sugar so I love me a good cup (or two or three) of black coffee. But it's not going to deter me from visiting Missions often, my now go-to sugar-free drink is one of their iced teas, they're super refreshing and tasty. They are...

This coffee shop is the cutest! I had my wedding in Auburn area on Saturday and we had our Sunday Brunch hosted by missions coffee.

It’s been almost a year now since they hosted our brunch and people still talk about how amazing it was. They are closed on Sundays and we were able to rent out their location for a few hours - so the coffee shop was only open for us! It was so intimate! The owners worked closely with me on food amounts and what items I wanted. Everything was DELICIOUS. And the attention to detail was so perfect. I mean, fresh berries and grapes cut in half in the fruit salad.
