Super Jump Party Zone — Attraction in Auburn

BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER! This will be our go-to party place until my kids outgrow it. We booked at the Auburn location. A couple days before the party I received a confirmation phone call where they reviewed the party plans with me & made sure all my questions were answered. Day of the party I was greeted by their super awesome manager, Kaylah, Who proceeded to show me the carts and the bin we could take to my car for our supplies and gifts. The carts made getting things in SOOOO much easier. At other places we’ve had to carry all of our stuff to the room by hand, multiple trips. Again she reviewed everything that would happen, she even helped me figure out how many pizza we would need, even down to what kinds are popular w/ my age kids. I was assigned a liaison, Alexa. When I was introduced to her, she was upbeat And enthusiastic. These kind of events are stressful for me, and seeing her smiling face made me feel like I was in good hands. The private birthday room was more than I expected. There were table games, & this cool ball shooter cage, so all ages kids had fun. Even the adults participated in some air hockey! They were outside our door what felt like the whole time, whenever I popped my head out to look for our guests they asked me if I needed anything. When your guests arrive they direct you right to your room. Shortly before our bounce time was over they directed me to set up or pizza & present room. Another staff member, didn’t catch her name, helped me set everything up, table clothes, balloons, drinks etc. SO AMAZING. she did it all with a smile as well. Pizza was delivered just when our pizza time started so it was hot & fresh. They use a local pizza place which was DELICIOUS. When it was all done they insisted on cleaning everything up, I was so happy with the whole experience I gave them some cash tips. The more than earned it!

So beyond pleased with the whole experience I’ve told SSSSOOOOO many people on social media & at work so they will go! I wanted to directly relay my thoughts & feelings to the owners, because those ladies deserve some appreciation for the awesome impression they made on me...

Loved our experience here. Booked my daughters 6th birthday party and just had it yesterday. We were able to invite her entire kindergarten class. In total we had about 18 kids and 10 adults. They have a capacity limit of 45 so we had room to spare even with a huge portion of the class RSVP'ing and my daughter inviting a few other friends and family. It's cool too, because not only is there plenty of parking at this facility, but there's a main "public" bounce house/ game area too, if you run out of room and parents wish to stay and bring siblings. Or if they'd rather drop off, this is conveniently located right across from the Outlet Collection mall in Auburn. The private bounce house room was awesome and had tons of activities and games. I was worried that the 1 hour and 15 mins they allowed us in the bouncer room wouldn't feel like enough time but it was actually perfect. By the time it was time to move to the party room for our last 45 mins for pizza and cake, all the kids were ready! I went into the party room about 15 mins early to decorate and our party attendant came to help me. She was amazing! She blew up balloons, found me some candles (I'd forgotten to bring some) and really helped me decorate that room in record time. I brought some juice boxes and waters that I kept cold in a cooler until it was time for the party, and I was able to use a large black wheel cart to haul all of our party supplies in from the car. They also have a huge rolling gift bin to hold your child's gifts/ carry them out to the car. We ordered pizza at the front desk right when we arrived to check in for the party and by the time we got to the party room it was hot and ready. Very reasonably priced too! About $11 for a large that can be cut into 10 or 16 slices. The pizza was also surprisingly pretty darn good. Beat the heck out of Chuck E Cheese pizza, for sure! My daughter loved sharing her special day with all of her friends and I'm so glad we chose this place to do it! Best birthday party experience...

I went in person to ask the employees how the whole private party set up works because I told them I didn't have time to read everything online. The lady showed me the "two rooms" we would have for two hours! She said one room was for the food and cake while the other to play. When we arrived 30 minutes early to decorate the room. We were told we would bounce for an hour and fifteen minutes than we would be transferred to the room to cut the cake and eat food. So we didn't have the bounce area for two hours. Oh and we ordered 150 worth of pizza that got cold because we had to wait until we went to the food room which was an hour and fifteen minutes later. So I was upset and the only thing they did was pay my $15 fee for the inconvince. Oh not only that they kicked us out 15 minutes earlier before our bounce time ended to get the other people in. So we didn't even get the full time we paid for!!! The whole experience was rushed and I didn't take pictures people couldn't eat and enjoy themselves!!!! At the end she asked me how my experience was and I told her how it was deceiving to say that we had to four hours but really we had an hour to bounce and an hour to eat kicking us out 15 minutes early to clean up and the lady said oh that's at our other location where you could have the two rooms for an hour!!!!! Horrible never will come to do a private party with them again!!!!!! My guests all felt ruashed some drove up from Portland!! It was a disaster!!!!! Don't waste your money here!!! My daughters first birthday...
