I just recently received an email reminder to have my jewelry inspected, so I came in to the store. I typically work with Sheila and she provides great customer service and always makes me feel welcomed. Unfortunately Sheila wasn’t there today and from the moment I asked to have my jewelry inspected the gal seemed to be annoyed. When looking my jewelry up the gal processed to tell me that my jewelry had different warranty due dates, which makes no sense since I have everything expected at the same time. Which means all of my jewelry would be due in June. The next frustration was when the girl explained I missed my warranty check, since June was 6 days ago. I asked if I could speak to a manager. At this point asking for a manager was pointless, since Marissa (the asst manager) seemed defensive for me just asking for management. They continued to whisper to each other and I took it upon myself to walk over and ask if there was an issue. Marissa continued to tell me I missed my warranty date and would need to pay. I told her I just got my email reminder and June was 6 days ago. I told her I would come back when Sheila is in cause I’ve never had such an issue in the store before. At that point Marissa started to roll her eyes and tell me it was stupid that I was arguing with them. Then told me it doesn’t matter what I say to Sheila cause she has her employee’s backs. She was raising her voice at me. All I wanted was clarification and if it truly is a to date warranty issue then I don’t understand why in the past it hasn’t been emphasized that your warranty is voided if 1 day late. Also I had my rings cleaned in February. How am I suppose to know that they didn’t update the warranty date. Regardless with the confusion, it’s management that is suppose to help you. Not berate you, roll their eyes at you and have an unprofessional tone. I asked her name and she wouldn’t even tell me, she told me her names on the wall. I asked again and then was threatened to have mall security called on me. Wow! I will not be returning and super disappointed that someone in management can act such a way. As for her name I only figured out her name by checking their Facebook page. I’m so disappointed and my husband is upset with the amount of money that has been spent there that I’d be talked to in such a way. My husband bought one of their more expensive Leo diamond engagement rings, it’s not as if we bought a lab created diamond. Mary approached us the moment we entered and asked if we needed help looking for a certain jewelry, we kindly said that we were just looking around. A few minutes passes by and I see potiental promise rings that I liked and Mary comes again to us and asks us if I would like to try on rings. Immediately, she was interested in my ideal design and budget. With my given answers, she gave me many options to choose from that were my style and in budget. Mary went above and beyond; I loved how she didn’t pressure us into buying the most expensive thing. She listened and she pulled out more rings that weren’t even out on the display sections. They know what they are talking about and most importantly, love their craft! I decided to have a custom ring made from scratch, with these ladies guidance I was able to receive a beautiful engagement ring that I know will last for a lifetime. As a 22 year old young adult I was worried if my budget would be enough to create what I wanted, these ladies did their all to stay within my budget and that they did! I SERIOUSLY can NOT recommend ANYBODY else. They are great at communicating and very friendly people! They were 100% invested in helping me and made my engagement ring to my now fiancé a reality.
