I don’t know what happened to this Wendy’s. Their good manager must have left or something, because they have really went downhill. Their food was always fresh and really good, they were fast and efficient, and the customer service was always on point. Within the last 3 months, they have lowered their standards and lost everything that separated them from all the other horrible fast food restaurants around here. I just waited 25 minutes in line to get my order taken with 3 cars ahead of me and nobody in the parking lot. When I got to the intercom, I waited 4 1/2 minutes before somebody even acknowledged me. When I finally got to the window, they employees were short. They handed me a bag, and walked away, thinking there was more coming. I sit and wait at least another minute before an employee rudely asks why I was still at the window. It doesn’t take much energy to let the customer know that all their food is in the bag, or even say have a good night. I have gone back a handful of times the last couple months, hoping their old manager came back from leave or something, but I have been disappointed every time. As a business owner, I HATE leaving negative reviews. I am writing this review in hopes to make the owner aware. So, hopefully this Wendy’s can be saved, and not turn into just another fast food restaurant people pull into as their last resort. You guys were the best around for years....
Read moreWARNING: Only go to this location if you like to wait 45 minutes, and have your food made wrong TWICE. They had no cashier and were running on mobile and kiosk only, and this was at 6:30 in the evening on a Friday night. The drive thru was wrapped and a lady in the drive thru actually got my sandwich! I know this because she came into the store to complain about it, and over heard me tell the girl behind the counter "Hamburger, ketchup only, ONLY KETCHUP." And then they still gave me cheese(which I found out only after I was on the road to my destination)!! Plus, the lady from the drive thru was ignored the whole time. Two employees left in the middle of all this, without a word to the supervisor, and the girl who was trying to get orders together was visible overwhelmed, confused, and had a bad attitude after I told her my food was wrong. And I'm fairly confident they shorted my husband and I on our chicken nuggets, because I only had 3 out of 4 and he had 7 out of 10. My husband, who was a manager of restraunt for almost a decade, recognized that they had "preclosed" and were running all their orders, drive thru and counterside, on the one side of the kitchen, which is why there were so many problems and confusion.
I urge you to only go to this location if you enjoy poor service, and food made incorrectly, and receiving someone else's meal.

I parked outside and placed a mobile pickup order as usual, and when I went to go pick it up inside, the doors were locked with a sign taped up saying cards only. Being five in the afternoon, an employee was dropped off at the same time to begin his shift, and he was able to flag down the manager and get her to open a door and let him in. I buttonholed her and asked for my order. She said "you'll have to drive through for it." I told her my driver's window doesn't roll down. She said "give me a minute" and locked me out. I waited for ten minutes, then called the number on this store's Google listing. It sent me to voicemail. I had to haul my car around into the drive through, wait in line, prop my door open, holler my account name into the speaker and argue with them at the window before they finally handed me my ice cold food after claiming to have no idea why a mobile order would have been allowed when "the lobby's closed." Hire some more employees, for goodness sake, or at least program the app so the manager can set their store to "no indoor...
