Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Augusta

It's in the mall, in the food court, and if you don't come early on the weekend it is packed and lines are long. (A friend informed me later that there is a separate kiosk downstairs -i think -but it's probably very busy too) If you want to avoid that come as soon as the doors open. But the employees are providing services for auntie anne, Cinnabon, and the smoothie place so you will more than likely have to wait. I got there in time enough for another employee to come for Cinnabon and a few people.got out of the line to order Cinnabon...so it -the line-wasn't that long but I still had to wait. Employee had mask on under chin as a lot of people often do -so my question is why wear it? bc it is pointless at that time. Pretzels are kind of expensive but I hadn't had them in a while so I didn't mind. The pretzels were actually good -(original is kinda sweet, cinnamon sugar is always great, salsa cheese dip is a nice change from regular cheese dip) so I can say it was worth it. My advice would be -don't forget to come early if you go anywhere in the mall on the weekends, save your receipts so you can get points. If you're still following covid guidelines - please wear a mask and everything else as much as you can....

I used to love getting a pretzel while I was at the mall, but the experience just isn’t the same anymore! In the staffs defense, it IS a mottled much to have a pretzel place and a planet smoothie operating off of two employees and only one register. The line moved as fast as jr could, not the employees fault- she did the best she could going nonstop by herself and was still polite to me. The pretzels were definitely made way earlier than when I ordered and they were made much bigger then they used to be. Too much bread, with hardly any salt or butter :/ could do a better job keeping fresh product (made within the hour or two at least) on display AND that you serve. Next time I will probably get a...
