Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Augusta

Several of the employees are RUDE! And when you have a rude manager, Cody, you can expect rudeness. We shopped the mall and then when it was getting close to closing time we went to Cinnabon to get a few to take home. 20 minutes before mall closing time! They had just taken 2 pans out of the oven and iced them. They were on display. We walked up to the counter and were told that register was closed and we would have to order them at Auntie Ann’s. We walked to 1 counter over to order and then we were told they were closed too. I was not alone. There were 2 other customers doing the same as me. We were just floored. Could not understand. By this time it is 6:45. The employee at the register points to the guy toward the back and says Cody is the manager and he said we are closed. The crowd at the register has now grown to about 10 people wanting to buy. We the customers were amazed and just couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t sell what they had already made and were then putting it in the back. Enough people gathered and they eventually decided to sell what they had. The cashier muttered under her breath so that we could all hear that they had been open all day why’d we have to wait until the last minute. They told us, they close when the mall closes. The mall closes at 7:00. To the manager of Cinnabon, check your register at Aunties Anns at 6:45 to 7:00. Could have been lost sales with alot of mad customers. Actually they are still mad. It...

I asked for a light and sweet coffee and I was given a black coffee… twice. I’m not from Georgia, so I’m not sure if it’s a NY thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ If they didn’t know what I meant, I would have explained the first time I ordered. The second time I went to let them know they had given me a black coffee instead of a light and sweet coffee; they throw that coffee out and give the same thing (or so it seemed, the coffee was black with no sugar). I was done… am I not being clear or what? 🤔 and the attitude wasn’t the best either. I usually have encountered some beautiful ppl in Georgia, idkw is going with that...

I asked for 2 cinnamon pecanbon today. Usually they put 2 types of caramel today the female at the register only put one. It doesn't taste the same. She was extremely sloppy with putting the rolls in the boxes the lady in front of me even asked for a new one because she was so rough and distorted the first one. My cinnabons are squished. They're not what I asked for and I can't get anyone on the phone. The female working also put my rolls in a plastic bag SIDEWAYS so now whatever topping was on there is also mostly in the bottom of the bag. I drove to the mall just for this.... pregnancy...
