Dunkin' — Restaurant in Augusta

I went in today w a friend on 10/26/2024. They have a new girl in there who was absolutely delightful. She apologized for her lack of knowledge of certain items and went to ask the other young there for assistance and was blatantly ignored, do I asked her, but had to yell across the counter becuse she was more involved in the ringing of her cell phone then anything I had to ask as a paying customer. I was told to keep my order simple because there was only 2 of them which is too bad becuse I had a 100.00 order to make but decided to only order 1 thing due to the short gals attitude and the fact she was paying more attention to her ringtone. Then my friend ordered a sausage and cheese on a crossant and the very short cashier no crossants so she asked for it on ans english muffin and was again told by the short gal that there wasnt any of thoes either. So my friend wanted a refund and the new girl poilitey asked her co worker to show her how to refund money, and instead of her telling my to hold on one moment she would be right there to assist after she was done w her customer, she yells over at the new girl and says "you have to call the manager for that" so my friend walked out with no food and no refund. The new girl wasawesome. Very kind, polite, courteous and very apologetic. The short gal was rude and abrupt. No worker should ever yell across a floor at a customer or co worker. You are supposed to walk over and act like a respectful adult and use your inside voices. Not act like a damn monkey in a zoo. There was no trash can, no straws l, no napkins and the worst customer service I ever received from the shorter gal. The taller new gal was...

I went thru drive thru for a quick ice coffee asked first about how much for a medium ice coffee the gentleman who replied back on intercom was really abrupt and kind of rude tone and said it all depended on what I want in it I know there's extra charges for certain things but what he said was well depends on if you want cream sugar flavors and stuff ...I used to work at a dunkins years ago that's the first time I've ever heard about costs differs depending on stuff like that but ok so got a medium cold brew blueberry ice coffee extra cream Xtra sugar I got to window handed the girl 3 $1 coins and 4 quarters because she said it was $4 handed her that she went to jand me the cup then put it back down and said you only gave me 2 dollars I said no thanks 4 there with the dollar coins she says no there's not I said ma'am I gave you 3 dollar coins and 4 quarters ( which is 7 couns so even if they were all quarters it wouldn't be 2 dollars lol ) she looked again then said wow I didn't know we had dollars coins and said here's yiur blueberry ice coffee regular I said it's supposed to be cold brew blueberry iced Xtra cream extra sugar she says well that's not what you ordered and handed me the drink at that point I drove away how disappointing it was I only treat myself about once a month to one and it wasn't even close to being made the way I wanted so a waste will never go to that...

Donuts are donuts. They were decent as usual. However, I placed a large mobile app order on 8/5 to be picked up at 5:00am on 8/6. I got there at 5:16am. The lights were off and the doors locked. I rattled the door and as I was getting back in my car, a female employee appeared and said she’d help me. I told her I had a large order to pick up that I’d placed the day before. She knew nothing of it. A guy came out from the back and asked about it. I showed him the order. He started putting it together. I asked what time they opened. He said 4am. I’m not gonna sit there and argue with the guy, but if you open at 4, then 1) Why are all the lights off in the doors locked?, and 2) Why wasn’t my order ready at 5 like I paid for? To add insult to injury, while he put the order together, I had to listen to the female complaining about less stress at her job at the nursing home. Well go back then so Dunkin can find someone who’ll have my order ready on time!

No worries, Dunkin. I’ll be late for my meeting so your people can sit on their backsides in the dark when they’re supposed to be open and serving paying customers!
