The actual show itself was AMAZING. The Marshall Tucker Band put on an excellent show. The venue was the problem. I purchased two front row tickets by the seating chart that Ticketmaster provided also knowing how the civic center is set up by going to events here for years. They completely changed the configuration and in doing so the "front row" seats we had were actually 2nd row WAY off to the left side of the stage. Terrible sight line. Speakers blocking the view and we had to turn our chairs (that were attached to each other) sideways. If that were not enough. People in front of us just stood there, there was no doubt that our team was going to win the game. I'm all for being excited for your team but keep in mind others are just as excited to see the game. They have paid for the right to watch the game as much as you have. People have traveled far to see the games or any other event. So please be respectful & keep your surroundings in mind. As for Civic Center, lost a star, but would gain it back plus 1 more, if they would be more proactive & maybe announced before each game & half-time "To please remain seated so all can enjoy the game...
