Wow!!!!!!!! I love this place! If you need a sugar rush and have a sugar craving come here! Your sweet tooth will thank you! The entire place is extremely clean and so many different kinds of treats to get. My favorite bubble tea- milk tea - slushy with so many different flavors. Frozen yogurt tasty options and the super popular rolled ice cream that you put your own toppings on. Never had it that way! The establishment is very professional, the owners are of asian decent. Some have a strong accent , but they will repeat your order to make sure they have it correct. Plenty of seating and did I mention they are very clean. There isn't a question to pricing everything is explained well and tells you in steps how to order. Rolled ice cream is $6ish bucks, bubble tea (tapioca) drinks are $3.50 or $4.75 also $.35 for extra yums to be added which can be more tapioca, jellies, poppingbobs, etc. Fresh fruit smoothies $6.ish Frozen yogurt is by weight. I keep coming and bring friends. Being a friend(s) to share a treat with. You will come back over and over again. Let the addiction begin! Oh btw- so wonderful, they do military...

Plenty of parking by the store and not crowded. Front store staff wore masks but not the staff in the kitchen.

This store is definitely more for the ice cream rolls and yogurt. I didn’t try the ice cream this time but did sample some yogurt. A good selection of different flavors. You can ask for sample cups to try before committed to one or you can mix a bunch together.

We got cookies n cream and cheesecake. Both were delicious and not too heavy. Good variety of toppings as well! From healthy fruits to sweet candies. Then you pay based by weight.

Medium Original milk tea with tapioca: Bubble tea was a miss for me. The boba itself lacked flavor and the chewy consistency was just not there. The milk tea flavor was also off, not very sweet and just doesn’t hit the boba fix. If I rated purely on bubble tea it would get 2 stars.

Could see myself coming back for yogurt and ice...

I love this place!! The owner is incredibly hardworking and friendly. Even when he’s by himself (like tonight, Saturday night!) he gets everyone’s orders taken care of quickly and efficiently. I haven’t tried their frozen yogurt but they seem to have a great selection. I really like their rolled ice cream and they have a big board of suggestions for ice cream and mix ins for indecisive people like me. Summer Love is great! I also appreciate that you get three toppings with your rolled ice cream. They have an awesome selection of toppings - candies, chocolates, fruits, etc. Prices are fairly reasonable (maybe just a tad more than I’d like but not enough to scare me away); we got two rolled ice creams for about 13 dollars. The decor is fantastic! Great for family, friends, or a date. I’ll be going back for sure and recommend...
