This McDonalds is by far the worst I have encountered. Every visit there’s an issue with my order. But, the end all for me was having me pull up from the window and after 15 minutes my food wasn’t even brought out. I had to ask about it when they came out to deliver food to another car, and then my order was completed after 10+ cars were served. I promised myself I would not patronize this location again, but tonight I was coming home and near the Wheeled Road location and wanted an ice coffee. How hard could that be right? Apparently extremely hard for that getto McDonalds! The young lady taking the drive through orders acted like she couldn’t be bothered and ended up getting my ice coffee wrong. When I asked if it could be remade because my iced coffee looked light as milk, the young lady at the pick window asked me to move up. I told her I could not because they left me sitting for 15 minutes the last time. She huffed and puffed away from the window and went and got the assistant manager. I explained the situation and he attempted to remake it, but he wasn’t listening either. He said the ice coffee comes pre-sweetened and with cream. Why I don’t know because people like their coffee made differently, but I just asked him to just give it to me however it comes. Yet, I still saw him adding additional sweetener manually. Why???!!! But, the ultimate deal breaker for me was when he went outside my line of view with the cup and came back. No Sir, not when what you need in view. So, I decided to ask for a refund. I ordered via the mobile app, which automatically bills my credit card. The girl who initially took my order didn’t give me the right receipt when I got to the window. I honestly didn’t even pay it any attention, until the assistant manager asked for the receipt , and then I realized she must’ve given me the wrong receipt. He gave me back my $1.07, but he was talking to person on the phone saying he got it all on camera. Really, do you think I need to steal $1.07 from McDonald when I make 6 figures annually. Just getto and totally unprofessional. I will never patronize that location again. It’s a shame because its close to my home. Read moreAbsolutely God awful!!! This is not our first time here. I have come here at least 7 times over the past year since it is close to our favorite movie theater. Each time we have come, we have dealt with the same thing over and over. Today, we came at 10:00 pm and we stood at the counter for ten minutes. I asked one of the people that were just standing around if I needed to use the self service station and they said, "You can. Someone will come to the counter eventually if you don't want to though." So I waited another minute until going to the self serve station. I filled out my order, stated it was dine in, paid for it with card, took the locater, and took a seat. I heard someone crinkle a bag and call out a number, and state our order of nuggets. So I waited till they saw the table number. A minute later they called it out again, I replied "That's us! Back here! We have a table locater!" Keep in mind there is a few people here but nothing super crazy. I waited about 5 minutes. I got kinda irritated because no one was coming so I went up to the counter with my locater and asked the lady filling the food bags if the bag that was sitting on the counter was ours. She asked "nuggets?" I said yes and she said yeah. I told her about the table locater and she said with such an attitude, "Well we don't bring out food at night." .....Really?!? Then why have the self serve up?!? There isn't even many people so why can't you bring it to me?!? This was extremely frustrating but nothing new from this establishment. I even had to remind her that I had frappes and she asked "mocha?" ...No!!! I had caramel!! It wasn't that big of a deal but then she asked the other lady, "Didn't he order a mocha?" I went to show her my receipt to show it was caramel and she said, once again with an attitude, "Uh I know." So I just waited for my frappes and sat down to eat. I placed a mobile order, went to the location and gave Jame, the Assistant District Manager, my name on the order. He brings my order to the counter and says the order number and I told him I’m not sure because my phone died. So he then tells me he cannot give me the order until he sees my receipt. Mind you I’ve given him the name on the order, he was able to locate my order with that info and he already brought the food the the counter. He tried to grab the food before I could get it and I grabbed it told him it was my order and I had no reason to lie. So as I was walking out the store he says “don’t come back to my store or I’m going to call the police on you for trespassing!” Sir you work at McDonald’s not chic fil a. Humble yourself. I will never support this location again because it may have to do with the color of my skin that he deemed me a liar and a thief. To make things worse, the fires were cold and half empty. I combined both fires to make one full side of fries. The burgers looked weeks old.
