Great food even though I was served an entree I did not order. I ordered a rib eye of pork chop. I even questioned the degree of doneness as this was pork. The waiter told me they cook them medium well. I asked for it to be cooked medium" even though it was pork". I did not want it want it to be too dry. I also asked for a dinner size Cesar salad. My wife ordered one of the daily specials. It took a long time for our order to arrive even though it was only 3:30 PM and the place was mostly empty. I wondered why there was such a long delay in getting our meal. The waiter stopped by and said it shouldn't be too much longer. After several more minutes he returned to our table with 2 entrees & my salad. I told him to return the salad as I was accustomed to having my salad served before the main course. I thought it was an interesting looking pork chop ( looked more like a beef steak ) and I noticed the sides were incorrect for the pork dish. I laughed and cut into the rib eye & it was quite delightful considering I didn't order it. The waiter came by and asked how things were & I laughed & told him he brought the wrong entree. He apologized & said he heard "rib eye" so he brought it instead of the pork we discussed. He went on to say if the meal was OK, he would charge me for the rib eye instead of the pork otherwise he would have to get the manager involved. I laughed & said that was OK but he should comp the refill of my cocktail. He said he would. He left and returned a while later with my drink & asked if there was anything else. We ordered dessert & my wife ordered coffee. When he brought the dessert my wife reminded him that she wanted coffee. He came back with the coffee, cream & artificial sweetener. He left before we discovered there was no sugar. After some time passed ( no sight of the waiter ) I got up & went to the hostess station where she and another female staff member were chatting. I asked for some sugar. One of the two young ladies did bring some sugar and we finished our meal. Our waiter did come back & bring our check only after I waved him down. When I saw the check I called him back over and told him that he agreed to comp my second cocktail. He apologized and took the check away and returned with the correct amount. Poor service. Sub-par food. EAT ELSEWHERE

I've been here three times. The first time, the service was ok, but my friend and I both felt sick after.

The second time, the service was sup par and the food was fine.

The third time was the worst. I came here with my wife and some of our friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. I notified the staff that it was her birthday but it was not mentioned. Our waiter barely tended to us. He started the night by telling us that a James Bond themed pub crawl was stopping by so the restaurant might get busy, but that he would make sure he gave us the best service.

Throughout the night we experienced countless mistakes. We would order drinks from our waiter and he would forget them. Sometimes he would take an order, and then go talk to a table full of girls and forget about our orders. A couple times, we had to order drinks from other waiters and then he'd come by having no idea of our orders and disappear again. He even had the nerve to blame the bartender once about our drinks not being ready but it was obvious he just forgot to put the order in. He spent most of his night at that table of girls.

Our appetizers came out at different times. We waited over an hour and a half after we gave the waiter our orders until our food came out. Also, I had to change my order three times because the two specials, which the waiter talked up, were both gone by the time I ordered them, but he didnt know until after I changed the order each time. He didn't even know what kind of pasta the kitchen had so I asked for veal marsala with a side of linguini, they didnt have it, and I had to change my order again.

After all this, they still applied the automatic gratuity and didnt even wish my wife a happy birthday.

I waited over a month to post this review because my wife tried to reach out to the restaurants management about our poor experience. We still haven't heard back. I am not surprised.

Worse service ever, will never go back. A friend made reservations for us for a 5:30 dinner. At the time of making the reservations, she was not told there would be a “time limit” on our dinner. I arrived a few minutes early, was seated, and given my drink order. A few minutes later the hostess approached me and said they had a 7pm reservation and asked if we would be done with our dinner by then. I had just sat down, was waiting on my friend, and was completely shocked by this question and really didn’t know how to respond to be honest. If I said no, was she going to ask me to leave? I just responded with “we should be.” My friend and I proceeded to enjoy dinner as normal. We ordered an appetizer (garlic cheese bread which wasn’t good by the way) and the waitress didn’t even take our dinner orders. We had to ask the lady that brought our appetizer out to take our dinner orders. If they were in a hurry for us to leave by 7pm they weren’t acting like it. We were asked about dessert and we both ordered one each. Before bringing out our desserts, our waitress came back to tell us the 7pm reservation had arrived and asked if we wanted our desserts boxed to go! We were literally being asked to leave the restaurant. I have never in my life had that happen before and I have lived all over this country and traveled the world. We told the waitress that we too had a reservation and if there was a time limit that should have been brought to our attention at the time my friend called the restaurant for the reservation (just earlier that day). My friend’s dessert included ice cream and they literally packed it up to go for her instead of letting us finish our meal at the table she reserved.
