In 7 years of living nearby and using this location, I have never had my order correct and unfortunately due to how close they are to my home, I have given them WAY more chances than I should have. What happened tonight takes the cake though, and I will not be back. First, As we are placing the order they don't have 4 different side order choices saying "We are out, what else would you want? We are out of that too. Oh I am sorry that as well. Let me check, no out of that as well." Each time. I finally said, 'Well actually there is nothing else on your menu they can can eat, so I guess just give them the meat and no side?' Then, We Order a large red beans with no rice. So we have put in an order for 1 kids meal that was turned into just meat. Then, ordered a large red beans with no rice. After an HOUR of waiting, we are told, "Oh we are out of red beans too." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Did you have them when I placed the order an hour ago? "Yes but now we're out?" 'So because you had me wait an hour at a 'fast food' restaurant you gave away what should have been my food? Just give me my money back.'
Let me take you down the usual mistakes too: They don't know the difference between white meat and dark meat. They often mix up the spicy and regular meats. They are always "out of" something (meaning they didn't make it that day). They don't know what "no rice because there is an allergy" means. They don't know that they work at a fast food restaurant. It always takes 30-60 minutes to get an order. They rarely have any of their special, whatever it is... meat, seafood, dessert, etc. They also never put the right sauce in the bag. I genuinely have never had an order correct and have had to go back or call back every single time I have ordered something there.

Read moreI will NEVER return to this location. Extremely poor customer service! So deserving of a 0 star rating! I made a mobile order. I went through the drive-through to pick up the order and the lady said they did not have a mobile order for me. After I questioned them not having the mobile order, she said that all they had was spicy chicken. I did not want spicy chicken; that's why I ordered mild chicken. They refused to prepare the order and was unable to tell me how to cancel the order or get a refund. They stated it was no way that they could refund the money at the location. I called customer service and was given a ticket number in which she stated they would request a refund. Needless to say, I left the restuarant with no food and they kept my $31+. I had to go to another restaurant and spend another $30 to feed my family for the night, due to me making the poor choice to take a day off from cooking and go to Popeyes. This entire ordeal was ridiculous. I'm not understanding why they were unable to cook more chicken if I ordered 30 to 45 minutes before they closed. Why could the order not be canceled and my money be refunded immediately? The money was immediately taken for the order. Why is the money taken out of my account although the order isn't completed? How long will it take to get a refund? So many questions and no answers.
