I placed and order online and when the driver showed up he said that he forgot my wings. He said that he would run and grab them and bring them back. I called the store and spk to the manager Chris. I requested fresh wings and that he add another order. He said he couldn't add another order but give me a credit for $8. In that case giving me the wings now would be easier. He said he wasn't sending out another order of wings. I said ok just give me my money back and I'll send the pizza back and you can keep the wings. He declined that as well. I then asked that a fresh order of wings be sent out. Not the ones that were waiting for the driver to come back. He said it would be another hour. I am livid right now. I work hard for my money and I want what I want. I won't even complain that they didnt cut the pizza into smaller slices like I asked. I have a 3 year old who cant eat a cold chunk of pizza. I'm gonna take my complaint to to social media. I worked for pizza hut 10 long years of my life and I would never let Chris work under me. He has no understanding of what customer service is.. I placed my order and then I was told to download the app. The Pizza I ordered had a coupon for $10. off. Because it was rung up at the regular price instead of paying $12. I paid $24 The Manager said he would not honor my coupon! We all know that he has refunded people for the exact same thing! I guess he didn't feel like it!
The girl taking orders, no smile, nothing. I won't visit that Pizza Hut. I had a couple of extra dollars (I haven't worked since September 27th from the Hurricane) the discount would of really helped! ‼️‼️ By the way I asked for a packet, 1 packet of red pepper flakes she said 25 cents ‼️‼️ are you kidding me. How many times have they given a packet of red pepper flakes or parmesan and we're never charged. Luckily I wasn't someone shopping that store to make sure every patron is treated fairly. Started inquiry around 9:13p.m. (I called) phone answer per store associate. I explained that my order was being stolen and I was tracking it in real time. It was on the other side of town being stolen. The associate stated that the order was picked up via door dash and contact them. A manager was requested. And then the associate hung up the phone. A second call to the pizza hut. The same associate answered. I explained the same situation and requested a refund. Suddenly an offer to remake the pizzas, and could be picked up. ALL OF A SUDDEN,a knock at the door it's the pizzas. The "new" not yet confirmed. So the doordash driver was at the door saying this is the new order. The food was Luke warm for the "remakes".
