This staff is just amazing. It's a privilege and a genuine pleasure working with Leanne and Heather. I have never had an insurance company that made me feel like I was part of a family. I work with a very difficult employee that watches over my insurance policy. I had to get Leanne and Heather on the phone with that individual and it was the worst communication and professionalism I have every experienced. The representative from my organization treated them with so much disrespect i could not believe it. The Great Clips in this location uses the online check-in on the great clips app however they do not abide by the rules. I just went there and I was checked in 30 minutes prior because at the time of my check in there was a 30 minute wait. They told me that I still had to wait even though I was already pre-checked in and the first on the list. They had people there that could have cut hair but chose not to.
